So, after talking it over with Wing and Tracy, I decided it was necessary to add a prison to Lunaville! ^^
This way, there's an actual prison for criminals to be sent to, as well as future possible locations of interest here. Eventually, along with Magica Elementary, Mystica Academy, and Grimoire University as well several others, we will be adding boards to allow RPs at the locations themselves. As of right now, though, these locations are currently unavailable to RP in.
For now, this is the prison staff/officer list. Once we have criminals and inmates, both old and new, we will make an NPC list for them.
Info - Fortress Nox Caelum
An autonomous stronghold located underwater that serves as Lunaville's prison. It is where criminals and other accused are sent after being convicted in a trial to serve out their sentences, and where foreign criminals are temporarily held before the law enforcement from the region they're from come to collect them.
Fortress Nox Caelum is a long-standing foundation for Lunaville, being one of the first facilities to actually be created, for the safety of the town and to ensure the criminals jailed inside would have no chance of being able to break out to hurt others again. As such, their handling of prisons is stern but fair, aiming to give the necessary justice required for the respective crimes. However, depending on the severity of the crime in question, some inmates face colder treatment than others, especially if they've been sent to the Fortress in regards to harming or threatening a citizen of Lunaville, or students of the schools.
The Fortress is located underwater in between both Lunaville itself and the merkingdom of Ventricosus, and as such, is unreachable by normal means such as traveling by boat. Likewise, this also prevents inmates from attempting to escape. For the very daring, several tamed and hand-raised sea monsters and such patrol the area around the Fortress, making it near inescapable.
The Fortress has only two known passages, one of which is in the Magic Council Meeting room, and the other connected to the police station in Lunaville itself. Both of which require permissions from both the head of the Police and at least two Magic Council Members to access from the outside.
Officers and the like stationed at the Fortress have special permissions to access the prison as they please, for both ease of access and to ensure if something were to happen, there would be no delay for reinforcements. The fortress can also serve as a rehabilitation center if needed, for criminals who want to repent or become better but have no means to do so on the outside.

Officers
Wriothesley Cerberus (Genshin Impact) - Administrator and head of the Nox Caelum Fortress. Has ice magic and is a professionally-trained boxer. Wriothesley is the "Duke" of the Fortress, serving as the prison's administrator and overseeing the facility's overall status. Despite his appearance, Wriothesley is fairly calm and collected, not worrying too much about the prison's reputation as he only sees himself as a "leader" of sorts to oversee the population and ensure they have the "tranquility" they desire. He sees the prison as a place of rebirth and is willing to protect that way of life, not wanting others to suffer like he once did, and becomes extremely angered should such a circumstance occur on his watch. His relaxed policies have made him very popular among many inmates. Rumors say he was once an inmate himself, but he eventually took over the prison through hard-work and dedication, turning it into what it is today. Outside of his duties, he heavily enjoys drinking and trying out new teas…and is prone to offering everyone a cup any chance he gets. Demisexual.
Sigewinne (Genshin Impact) - Head Nurse for the Fortess Nox Caelum. Has tranquilizing magic and is a Melusine, an all-female race of monsters who are considered the children of a great magical beast that has long since perished. Often professional, sweet and caring, Sigewinne is a vital member of the staff at the prison, and regardless of the reasoning behind a person’s sentence at the Fortress, Sigeqinne treats them all fairly and equally, doing her best to ensure they’re healthy as can be during their stay. When noticing unhealthy habits, Sigewinne does her best to correct said habits by giving inmates and staff alike healthy and nutritious food. Alas, due to a magical creature, Sigewinne, along with her many other relatives, view the world much differently than most do, and as such, her concoctions are…frankly put, utterly disgusting and not something anyone’s taste buds would enjoy in any world. Not interested in dating.
Jin Qiu (Dislyte) - A warden at the Fortress. A white tiger anthro with wind magic. One of the most intimidating and harshest members of staff at the prison, Jin Qiu firmly believes that most crooks aren’t redeemable and makes that clear every time someone tries to refute him, often pointing how many of their inmates actually make something of themselves out in the world once their sentence is up. Often using harsh and violent methods to get information from inmates for cases for the police, every prisoner who has crossed paths with Jin Qiu eventually confesses, not due to his unparalleled interrogation abilities, but because he knows the art of using force to extract the truth. Jin Qiu genuinely wants to protect the people the inmates have hurt and could possibly hurt in the future, but after so long of seeing so many inmates who never actually change themselves, as well as witnessing someone he cared about go down a dark path, Jin Qiu is determined to ensure the youth in Lunaville have a bright future ahead of them that the inmates won’t ruin. Demisexual.
Gepard Landau (Honkai Star Rail) - Captain of security at Fortress Nox Caelum. Has shield magic. The middle child and brother of Serval and Lynx Landau, The honorable and upstanding captain of the Fortess’s security, Gepard is meticulous and vigilant to the core and is always true to himself. He takes the safety of the Fortress, and in turn, Lunaville, very seriously and does what he can to ensure they hold true, even if something were to go wrong. As the son of a long-standing noble family, Gepard takes pride in his name and heritage, doing what he can to ensure he lives up to the expectations these things hold for him. Nevertheless, if there were to come a day where disobeying an order would save lives, even if it meant putting his own life in jeopardy, everyone knows Gepard would do so without a second thought. It’s something his sisters take both pride in and worry about. Not interested in dating at the moment.
Pelageya “Pela” Sergeyevna (Honkai Star Rail) - Intelligence Officer and secretary at the Fortress. Has ice magic. Though having graduated out of college just last year, Pela is undeniably brilliant. Whether it relates to maneuvering inmates, distributing supplies, or analyzing possible issues, Pela can answer any problems with calm certainty. In fact, everyone in the Fortress is fully aware that Pela has somehow memorized the entire lawbook and police code handbook, as well as several other rule and law books…which frankly just amazes and confuses everyone around her. When not working at the Fortress, Pela is either playing as a member of Serval’s band or enjoying a relaxing day at home, reading novels of all kinds, though her favorites are visual novels. Pela finds her hobby rather embarrassing though, and often tries to hide it. Bisexual.
Gorou (Genshin Impact) - Officer stationed at the Fortress. Has stone magic and is half-dog anthro. As someone who has helped and volunteered with the police since his school days, Gorou has basically been apart of the force since he was a college student, being sincere, determined and courageous. He has a strong sense of camaraderie and gets along well with all of the officers under his command, who in turn share the same sentiment and speak to him if any issues arise, including new recruits. Others notice that when fighting or in active situations, Gorou tends to have a habit of letting the adrenaline rush to his head, often requiring someone to keep him in check when he heads to the battlefield. While he considers himself to be mostly inexperienced due to his age, he tries his best to help out with any problems that may arise. When he has a bunch of time off, he often goes on mountain hikes and such. Demiromantic Bisexual.
James Hamato (TMNT 2007) - Officer stationed at the Fortress, as well as a member of the Hamato family. Anthro turtle with spirit magic. One of the oldest members of the Hamato, James takes his role as the oldest of his brothers and one of the oldest generation of Hamato brothers seriously, doing what he can to be a good role model for his younger cousins. Of course, given his serious, responsible and professional personality, he does butt heads with his family at times, especially considering it was only just a little time ago he came back from a pilgrimage to Costa Rica, something his brothers are still a bit upset about. Still, James is determined to make things work and talk things out with the family, even if being stationed at the Fortress makes that a bit hard at times. Bisexual.
Koutarou Amon (Tokyo Ghoul) - A former investigator for the Lunaville Police, now stationed at the Fortress. A Ghoul with an Ukaku. Due to an incident that occurred during his childhood as an orphan, Amon came to the conclusion that the world was wrong, therefore he made it his task to change it into something better. At heart, Amon is a likable, sympathetic young man with a great sense of justice, dedicated to his cause. However, he can occasionally be overzealous when it comes to dealing out justice. Despite being well set in his mentality of his duties, he is quite apprehensive and insecure about losing people around him. He has lost many people throughout the course of his life and is fearful of losing more. While he did good as an investigator, Amon feels he’s better able to help by keeping inmates inside the prison. He initially used to be a regular human, but had a life-saving surgery that transformed him into a Ghoul, much like Kaneki. Demisexual.
Juuzou Suzuya (Tokyo Ghoul) - An undercover investigator who is now stationed at the Fortress. Has no magic. Once an ordinary child, Juuzou was raised by abusive caretakers, who twisted his personality to the point that Juuzou is known as a “problem child” among many professional circles. Despite his childish and playful demeanor, he was also extremely violent and highly disturbed. However, after extensive and intensive therapy and counseling, Juuzou has matured considerably from his previous self. While once believed to have no morals, as well as a lack of emotional understanding, he’s more aware, calm and warm towards others. When not stationed at the Fortress, and thus terrifying it’s inmates, he’s out of town on undercover assignments, able to use a large array of disguises due to his androgynous looks. Juuzou often brings candy everywhere he goes. Pansexual.
Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man: Across the Spider Verse) - A former genetic scientist who transferred into the police department, and was eventually stationed at the Fortress. Has the same powers as Mile Morales and others. Often overworking himself, Miguel is very serious and reserved, easily stressed out and very judgemental of all newcomers, be they inmates or other members of the prison staff. He is also a perfectionist, always looking for order and structure, and maintaining stability within the Fortress. Nonetheless, he’s also someone who will do things he’s not proud of to protect Lunaville and everyone in it, even if that means he has to play the bad guy. Still, he genuinely has good intentions at heart, but past mistakes and events have changed him. Not interested in dating.
Nicholas ‘Nick’ Fury (Avengers Assemble) - One of the highest ranking officers stationed at the Fortress. Has no magic. A senior officer who’s been working for Lunaville for some time, Nick Fury is a well-known face among Lunaville, and people know that if he’s out of the Fortress on a word day, something is definitely happening. Serious, experienced, professional and able to use the laws and rules of both the Fortress and Lunaville itself to his advantage, Nick takes any matter regarding the inmates seriously and Wriothesley gives any advice he offers serious consideration, while also deciding what he believes is best. Nick was once considered for the position of Administrator, but turned it down, saying he prefers being able to jump into action immediately then having to possibly go through so much paperwork if something happens. Not interested in dating.
Sigewinne (Genshin Impact) - Head Nurse for the Fortess Nox Caelum. Not interested in dating.
Phil Coulson (Ultimate Spider-Man) - An officer stationed at the Fortress, having been on the force almost as long as Nick Fury. Has no magic. Calm, professional and composed, Phil is often hesitant about having younger people on the force at times, especially freshly-graduate students, due to being concerned about their safety, but he is aware all he can do is keep an eye on them and make sure they’re as safe as can be on the job, something all other older officers do as well. He has a soft spot for kids, so any particularly young inmates often are able to get some support and encouragement from Phil, which often causes them to be willing to be sent to the rehabilitation part of the facility to get better. He’s a very loyal fan of Steve Rogers. Straight.
Maria Hill (Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes) - Officer stationed at the Fortress, and an old coworker of Nick and Phil. Has no magic. Due to circumstances on several cases she’s dealt with over the years of her service, Maria admittedly doesn’t have the best view of adventurers, though she is well aware it’s just her own bias and personal opinions on only a select few that affect her entire view of the occupation in general. She knows that adventurers are a necessary and much-wanted part of the world, especially since they are able to go places where most ordinary law enforcement cannot or are legally not allowed to go. Maria will still make it clear where she thinks some adventurer’s are lacking, though considering she knows most of the Lunaville Adventurer’s, even if only by name and talk about them around the town alone, she will just calmly advice. She’s honestly pretty content with her work at the Fortress, finding it a bit more relaxing than being on active cases…and not being in the direct line of fire for Lunaville’s chaos.
Daisy Johnson (Marvel’s Rising) - Officer stationed at the Fortress. Has the power to create earthquakes. One of the top leading agents, as well as a member of the analytics division, Daisy is a professional with a lot of experience…though she has a tendency to break rules here and there, which often gets her into trouble. She gets along well with the younger officers and inmates, often acting as a good role-model to them, which often helps, though there have been times Daisy’s attempts to help have backfired. Nevertheless, she believes the younger generations have bright futures ahead of them and wants to do what she can to help keep them safe, and part of how she can do that is by helping the ones others have failed before. Bisexual.
Shuichi Aizawa (Death Note) - An officer stationed at the Fortress, and Shouto Aizawa’s cousin. Has no magic. Intelligent, professional and respected by other members of the force, Shuichi is often the one pointing out the doubts people have about things, as well as their flaws and possible repercussions. He takes his work very seriously, and as such, does not appreciate when people mess or joke around when on duty, though he understands keeping a light mood is important for people’s mental health for career paths like theirs. He’s highly skeptical about, well, most things, often saying that in a world of magic, you can’t just take things at face-value and it’s best to be cautious. As such, he’s the one who often asks the questions to make people, especially those who just jump to conclusions, actually think through what they’re saying and suggesting. Straight.
Yelena Belova (Avengers Assemble) - An officer stationed at the Fortress. Has enhanced reflexes. A former criminal herself, Yelena is one of the members of the police who best understand how criminals work, and her expertise and experience are essential to ensuring things remain stable at the Fortress, at least in terms of handling inmates and possible escape attempts.Yelena is stubborn, skilled and wouldn't hesitate when taking out her opponents. She is also someone determined to prove herself, wanting to show others that she has changed from her days of crime and genuinely wants to do better to repay the second chance she was given. Demisexual.
Maria Hill (Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes) - Officer stationed at the Fortress, and an old coworker of Nick and Phil. Has no magic. She is also someone determined to prove herself, wanting to show others that she has changed from her days of crime and genuinely wants to do better to repay the second chance she was given. Demisexual.
Emma Rabbit (Dislyte) - Enforcer at the Fortress. Rabbit anthro with super strength. Emma once had a very…strong reputation among the force, to say the least. She was very much the straightforward, get straight to the point and use force type, which admittedly didn’t earn her any points with the higher-ups. She was kind, caring, and genuinely wanted to help others, but her habit of using brute force right off the bat for even the smallest of crimes tended to have people immensely wary and overall negative in their perception of her as an officer. However, she eventually came around and began using a more peaceful approach some years back, which has greatly improved her situation overall. However, she does still have a habit of using force…so her superiors decided it was best to have her at the Fortress as an Enforcer of the rules, hoping that learning terror at the hands of a small, violent rabbit would help inmates reform much faster. Pansexual.
Isaburo Sasaki (Gintama) - Officer stationed at the Fortress. Has no magic and is the adopted father of Nobume. Sasaki Isaburo is a very calm and serious person. Regardless of the situation, he tends to remain indifferent, even if his life is in danger. One such instance was when an inmate stabbed and he only acted by casually telling the inmate to go back to their fell and commenting on his stained uniform…whilst being yelled at by Sigwienne. Isaburo is also somewhat arrogant in some aspects and tends to piss people off by being polite while saying things about people, such as calling them “poor and talentless”. Frankly, most are surprised he hasn’t been punched in the face. Still, he takes his jobs and duties seriously, and won’t let anyone or anything interfere with making sure the inmates stay where they’re supposed. Was once married, but lost his family in a accident and has no intentions in remarrying.
Nobume Sasaki (Gintama) - An officer stationed at the Fortress. Has enhanced endurance. The adopted daughter of Isaburo, Nobume was once trained to be a highly efficient warrior as a young child by slave owners, being used as their “attack dog” before her “owners” were found out and arrested while she was sent to therapy and counseling, the criminals having been arrested by Isaburo who took the matter of her safety and recovery seriously. As a result, they bonded deeply to the point that before her recovery was finished, Nobume was legally being signed into his custody as his daughter. As the result of her training and conditioning during her childhood, Nobume tends to hide her feelings behind an emotionless and cold facade. While having some lingering sadism from that period of her life as well as appearing to be quiet, Nobume is rather talkative to most people’s surprise. Despite looking unemotional, Nobume has a strong sense of justice and she detests people who selfishly abuse their authority. One unique quirk of hers is her intense and almost obsessive love for donuts, often behaving in an animalistic manner to get them. Demiseuxal.
Taizou “Madao” Hasegawa (Gintama) - Officer stationed at the Fortress. Has no magic. Once a former government official, Taizou, or “Madao” as he goes by, was in a place of high respect and power…until some corrupt people in power made him lose his position and ended up being homeless. Fortunately, when the poor man down on his luck traveled back home to Lunaville, everyone was willing to help out and make sure he at least had a decent job and house over his head, even if it wasn’t as good as it was before. Madao was just grateful for the town’s kindness when they didn’t have to go so far for him as they did, and he’s worked hard to get to a position where he can help others as he can now. His name was eventually cleared after some investigations, but Madao turned down taking back his old position, saying he’s much happier working in the Fortress then he ever was there. He best gets along with poor and unlucky inmates who were just down on their luck, and listening to his advice has helped many of them and will likely help more in the future. A kind and good-hearted man, Madao is a genuinely kind individual who will sacrifice a lot of things personally dear to him if it means being able to help others. Straight.
Bruno Bangnyfe (Burn The Witch) - Officer stationed at the Fortress. Has paint magic focused through spray cans and can summon monsters. An upcoming star prodigy in the force, Bruno is a fierce and temperamental young man who is committed to upholding the safety provided by the police and the Fortress. Additionally, he is also intolerant of those who lack professionalism, having berated his fellow officers both in and out of the Fortress. In combat, Bruno is sarcastic and unempathetic, often citing that the inmates are criminals and have harmed and/or caused a lot of damage in the past, so force is often necessary to subdue them. He takes no pride in bullying or putting down the weak, but Bruno believes it’s important to let people know when they’re outclassed so they stop causing trouble though he also won’t bother with anyone not involved in the situation. All bets are off when his hair is involved though. He is also quite cunning and manipulative, as well as pragmatic, often having some ulterior motive but isn’t without some empathy and compassion, as he’s usually willing to hear people out first before beating them to a pulp. He’s often spotted with his animal partner, a lightning Dragon he hand-raised himself named Rickenbacker, who also acts as Bruno’s mount. Demiromantic Bisexual.

Warden Wrath (the Owl House) - A warden for the Fortress. A demon with the power to transform his arms into weapons. Wrath often isn’t in town due to his work at the prison, but generally, most of the citizens agree that he’s definitely not the nicest person or the easiest to get along with. Often strict, domineering and unforgiving to the criminals under his jurisdiction, Wrath isn’t kind, nice or anything of the sort. However, he does have his soft spots, as he greatly cares for his son, Braxas. Demisexual, not interested in dating.
