So, I figure this group of NPCs also needed their own list. XD If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to let us know.
As the title says, this list for the NPCs that work at or are heavily involved with the Lunaville Train Station, along with it's magical train, the Astral Express.
Bio: The Astral Express is a magical artifact in the shape of a train that can travel across the world and even across magical dimensions, allowing for visitors of all kinds to come to Lunaville and begin to explore the world from there. The Astral Express is said to be powered by the heart of a forgotten deity, but it's current owner, Himeko, found no true evidence of this fact...or if she did, isn't mentioning it. While all-powerful in it's own right, it requires both a pilot and passengers to continue on it's path, essentially making it a symbiotic relationship with it's passengers. It can even form extra cars to make rooming cars and such. So long as it has passengers to given passage to, the Astral Express will continue to run.
There are similar magical trains that run in the station, such as the "Sugarcloud Express", which is used to "travel" into pocket dimensions of dreams, but most usually arrive on the Astral Express.
Members of Lunaville Train Station
Himeko Rossolini (Honkai Star Rail) - Pilot of the “Astral Express”, a magical train that was found and repaired by Himeko years ago during her younger years, a scientist and the owner of the Lunaville Train Station. Has fire and memory magic. Himeko is a famous name among Lunaville citizens for the feats she accomplished with her own resourcefulness and determination. Originally one of the top students throughout the entire academy of Arcane, Himeko has proven that her grades were no fluke from the moment she graduated. She was given ownership of the train station after graduation due to the fact she clearly knows what she’s doing with the Astral Express, and that has translated over to the other trains in the station, ensuring a near-perfect record of maintenance for all of them. She believes that every journey has an end, and that no matter what, one should smile and wave goodbye while keeping close those memories of the time spent together. She’s fond of brewing coffee, but everyone in the train station avoids it to the point of just running in the other direction…Bisexual.
Pom-Pom (Honkai Star Rail) - A rabbit spirit that works as the Conductor of the Astral Express. Has a connection to the Astral Express. Pom-Pom is not only the Astral Express’s conductor, and a friend of Himeko, they are also the one who usually keeps the train running on schedule and ensuring it’s spotless. They hate to be treated like a child or toy, as well as when people are late or make things dirty, so it’s often no surprise to see them scolding a worker or passenger. Still, they are hard-working and caring in their own right, doing their best to ensure the safety and health of their passengers. For some reason, it seems they are physically bound to the Astral Express and cannot leave it, so their co-workers often bring them things from the town and outside of Lunaville to help them learn about the world. Not interested in dating.
March 7th (Honkai Star Rail) - A young woman who goes to Grimoire University and works for the Lunaville Train Station as a companion for certain passengers on the trains, such as ones prone to anxiety or health issues to ensure they have safe passage. Has ice magic and can summon a bow. March 7th is a unique young woman in that she was found trapped by some adventurers in Six-Phase Ice, and when finally rescued from her imprisonment, was found to be amnesiac, with no recollection of her past or who even she was. As a result, she was taken under the wing of Himeko, who acts as her legal guardian. Still, the mysteries of her past aren’t something she worries about too much, determined to enjoy life while she can and if she happens to find a hint or two along the way, she won’t complain. March is extremely fond of taking photos of literally almost anything and never goes anywhere without her camera. Pansexual.
Dan Heng (Honkai Star Rail) - A member of security for the Lunaville Train Station and student at Grimoire Academy. Has wind magic and wields a spear. A young man who keeps his secrets and past held tightly to his chest, Dan Heng isn’t the most sociable person and prefers to keep to himself, but his co-workers and friends can attest that he’s a good person who will fight if need be. He was actually recruited to join the train station by Himeko, under the condition that he would be able at whatever time he wished. When not working, he’s often in the library or at home. March usually tends to drag Dan Heng into adventures with her, and though he doesn’t typically show it, Dan Heng can easily fit into the troublemaking that usually happens in Lunaville. Demiromantic Bisexual.
Milky Way Cookie (Cookie Run Kingdom) - A sentient cookie who works as a train conductor at the Lunaville Train Station. Has dream magic. The only conductor of the magical train known as the “Sugarcloud Express”, a train said to be able to take people to the land of dreams should they board it at night, though most of Lunaville think of it as a rumor or urban myth. Due to how her magic manifests, she can sometimes affect the train station in ways not unlike a dream; every now and then, the train's floor disappears, and cars reshuffle randomly, leaving crowds of passengers in utter confusion. Nonetheless, Milky Way is a professional worker and does her best to always fix the messes her magic causes. She’s known for telling passengers to make a wish on a star to get to their destination...as well somehow sleeping through the station’s rush hour. AroAce.
Emmet and Ingo (Pokemon) - Train conductors for the Lunaville Train station and identical twin brothers. Emmet is younger, while Ingo is older. Emmet has wind magic while Ingo has ground magic. Emmet is high-spirited and hyper, as well as confident and a bit teasing towards others. Ingo, on the other hand, is serious and stoic, preferring to get the point…loudly. Ingo will offer advice and encouragement to those who need it, though. The brothers were Isabelle and Akemi’s younger classmates during their years at the academy and are known for being rather…unique. They currently aren’t interested in dating.
Porter (Animal Crossing) - A monkey anthro who works at the Lunaville Train Station as a ticket collector. Has no magic. An often laid-back, friendly but professional monkey, Porter does his best at his job, and even when things don’t quite turn out how he was expecting, such as a passenger not having a ticket or something being stolen on the train, he’s always quick to step up to the plate to get things done. Even with stowaways, Porter is friendly and calm, working out a compromise with them so long as things don’t get messy or dangerous. Not interested in dating.
Welt Yang (Honkai Star Rail) - A retired scientist and former leader of Anti-Entropy who currently works alongside Himeko in running the Lunaville station. Has gravity magic. A well-renowned scientist, Welt is a man heavily known for his intelligence and wisdom that comes from his many years of experience, not only as a scientist, but as the former Sovereign of Anti-Entropy, a well-known world power that has been active for centuries. Wise, sophisticated, and a gentleman of high manners, Welt is a man who keeps his secrets tight to his chest but encourages others to seek out the truth, even if it's something horrible or dangerous, due to believing being aware is better then living in a blissful lie. Surprisingly enough, he also works as an animator. Demisexual.
