The different scientists from Membrane Research Facility, we have so far. Thanks to Tracy and DD for the suggestions so far and feel free to mention more you guys may have.^^
Members
Professor Membrane (Invader Zim) - The father of Dib and Gaz, and head of the Membrane Research Facility. Has molecule magic. Professor, as he prefers to be called (and no one knows his first name), is a level-headed, practical man who prefers to use science over magic, due to being able to understand it better. That isn’t to say he hates magic or believes science is better, he just prefers knowing how exactly things react. He’s often researching how exactly magic occurs in human bodies when they have no magical history in the family and why some children have completely different magic from the rest of their family. He’s a loving but distant father to his children, typically more focused on work, though he always makes sure they’re safe, and have enough money for whatever they need and/or emergencies. Often asks his parent coworkers how to interact with his kids. Not interested in dating.
Flint Lockwood (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs) - Scientist at Membrane Research Facility, whose inventions are often on par in their…’uniqueness’ with Doofenshmirtz’s own creations. Has no magic, but often says he’s working on an invention to change that. A youthful optimistic man who is resourceful, adaptive and inventive, but tends to go about it in a rather…roundabout way. He tends to unintentionally exchange his inventions functionality for looking cool, so things usually end up in chaos when he makes a new invention. Flint always means well, though. Straight, might have a crush on Sam Sparks.
Doctor Andre Cockroach (Monsters VS Aliens) - Scientist at the Membrane Research Facility, and cockroach anthro. Has strong physical durability. Andre is a brilliant mind of his generation, and has been said to have been able to make explosives and missiles from almost absolutely nothing. However, he has happily adopted the role of “mad scientist”, and is prone to burst into maniacal laughter in the middle of experiments and plans. Nonetheless, he is a charming, sophisticated and polite gentleman who always does his best to ensure all experiments are performed as morally ethical as possible. Apparently, his Ph.D is in dancing. Demisexual.
Aline Gero (Faceclaim: Android 21 from Dragon Ball Z) - Physicist who has been stationed in the Membrane Research Facility for some time. Has plasma energy control. Aline is a kind and motherly woman who dotes on her son, but also focuses seriously and intensely on her work, leading some people to be surprised by sudden personality shifts. She hates people who use science and technology for nefarious deeds, but can and will admit to admiring their intellect if they’ve impressed her, though she often adds it’s a shame that they don’t help make the world a better place. Divorced from a former fellow scientist when Callan was a child, and doesn’t plan on dating or remarrying.
Spike Taylor (Dinosaur King) - Paleontologist who works at the Membrane Research Facility, and Max Taylor’s father. Has no magic. A very energetic and dramatic man, Spike often unintentionally embarrasses his son with his antics, though he usually never means to. Although clumsy and free-going to the point he’s practically a sheet to the wind, he’s a family-man who cares deeply for both his wife and son. He was the one who initially discovered the Chibi Dinos, as he calls them, and has been working on ensuring their health and safety at the lab, though he was willing to let his son and his friends take some of them as pets. Happily married.
Callan Gero (Faceclaim: Android 16 from Dragon Ball Z) - Aline’s son, and a security guard at the Membrane Research Facility. Has super durability and strength. Despite his intimidating size and appearance, Callan is a gentle giant with a heart of gold who does his best for the sake of his mother and the rest of the lab. He has a deep soft spot for animals and nature, and in his spare time, often helps out at the shelter and some environmental-cleaning groups. Callan is protective of his mother’s safety, and can often be found near her section of the labs. Demisexual.
Buzz Lightyear (Lightyear) - Astronomer, and former adventurer. Has gravity magic. Buzz is known for his bravery and courage with a by the book mindset, believing the way people should live their life is by following the rules. Though there are rare moments when he will bend the rules or tell a cover story if needed when he knows it is the right thing to do. Though possessing great leadership qualities, some believe one of Buzz’s flaws is that he tends to put his emotions aside, even when the situation would be better handled with said emotions. He can be reckless with his own safety, risking himself to help and save others, as well as be a bit petty when it comes to some personal revenge and such. When hit hard enough on the head, Buzz occasionally has a personality shift that people refer to as “Senor Buzz”, where he speaks entirely in Spanish and seems to be a passionate, confident, and romantic gentleman. Bi.
Tony Stark (Avengers Assemble) - Inventor and physicist at the Membrane Research facility, and co-head of the lab. Can summon his own armor. Generally confident, cocky and arrogant, Tony seems to be the self-absorbed type who mainly focuses on himself above others. However, he is actually a caring man who tries to ensure all his inventions and creations are used for the betterment of everyone, and hates when people use things made with good-intentions for serious crimes and harming others. Still, Tony is definitely the sarcastic type, and he tries to hide his kindness behind this. Has a massive family fortune that he uses to help fund the lab and all it’s research. Bi.
Della Duck (Ducktales) - Mother of the Duck Brothers, and Donald’s younger sister. Non-magic. Works as an inventor at Membrane Research Facility. She is an adventurous, high-spirited, daring, and headstrong woman, who loves spending time with her family. Most often kind and compassionate, Della is both known for being impulsive and contradictory, thinking things through down to the last detail. Lost her leg on an adventure with her brother when they were younger, and made her own prosthetic for it. Demisexual, usually focused more on her inventions than dating.
Sasha Nein (Psychonauts) - A Cognitive psychologist, who often conducts a series of relatively harmless experiments on his coworkers in an attempt to better understand the human mind. Can use PSI-blasts, psychic energy used as bullets. Sasha is an intelligent, down to earth, curious scientist interested in studying the full potential of the human mind and how magic and science can affect it. He’s often trying to understand the mind better through experiments on his coworkers, though always with their consent. He despises the idea of necromancy, viewing it as disturbing the dead’s spirits. Demisexual.
Felonius Gru (Despicable Me) - Inventor at the Membrane Research Facility. Non-magic. Gru is unique in that most of his inventions are generally what most would consider to be supervillain weapons, though he lends them out to the police and security business for testing…after making sure they won’t seriously harm anyone first, of course. Gru is an intelligent, sneaky and crafty man who often tends to be a bit self-centered, but he’s also a loving and caring father who is protective of his three daughters. He’s generally always open-minded and treats his co-workers well, even able to completely understand “Senor Buzz” and acting as translator. He often speaks with a heavy accent, and has a habit of saying “Lightbulb!” when he gets an idea. Demisexual.
Syx Niebieski (Faceclaim: Megamind from Megamind Movie) - Inventor who works together with Gru at the Membrane Research Facility. Human with some frost giant heritage, resulting in his blue skin. Syx is a dramatic, over-the-top, theater lover who has a zest for life and generally has fun making his inventions. He has a habit of mispronouncing words, though he can correct it easily if someone brings it up. Loves to cause chaos and mayhem in the lab, but it’s usually the non-harmful kind. Particularly fond of creating large machinery he can pilot. Demiromantic, Asexual.
Clint Barton (Avengers Assemble) - Security guard for the Membrane Research Facility. Can summon a magic bow and arrows. Cocky and quick-witted, Clint was a former member of the police in another town before he eventually quit due to some corruption in the station, and moved to Lunaville, eventually getting a job at the lab. He’s often brash with a smart mouth, but he takes his job seriously. Began going deaf while working as an officer, and wears hearing aids. Demisexual.
Scott Summers (X-Men: Evolution) - Security Guard for Membrane Research Facility. Has eye-laser magic which he uses his visor to control. He is a good-natured, calm and confident leader who exudes natural authority, although he is still somewhat standoffish. He tends to act as a big brother to the younger workers at the lab, though his competitive nature and closely-held temper will get in the way at times. He’s self-conscious about his magic and his lack of control over it, doing all he can to prevent it from going out of control. Straight.
Jayce Talis (Arcane) - A scientist who studies both magic and technology, and how to fuse them together to form more possibilities for future generations where even non-magic citizens can use magic freely. Can summon a magic hammer. Jayce is confident and proud, and while generally fairly easy to get along with, he has a habit of powering through his research and not waiting for others to catch up. Still, he does his best for the future of Lunaville. Childhood friends with Viktor. Bi.
Viktor (Arcane) - Inventor who is working on magical prosthetics for the non-magical. Non-magic. Viktor is intelligent and innovative, often coming with ideas out of nowhere and writing them down to attempt later. He’s an idealist who devotes himself to his studies, attempting to do his best for those with disabilities, especially former adventurers forced to retire and such. With people’s consent, he works on people’s prosthetics if they can’t reach the original creator if they need repairs and such. His leg is crippled from an accident when he was younger, so he walks with a cane. Best friends with Jayce. Demisexual.
Diane “Di” Amara (Big Hero 6: The Series) - Cytologist at the Membrane Research Facility, and Liv’s younger twin sister. Non-magic. Sly, but amicable and sociable, Di is ambitious and tends to solely focus on completing her research. She’s definitely more abrasive than her twin, but Di does her studies for the hopes of helping all kinds of species. Is working on biotech with her sister. Asexual, not interested in dating.
Liv Amara (Big Hero 6: The Series) - Geneticist at the Membrane Research Facility, and Di’s older twin sister. Non-magic. Much like her sister, Liv is amicable and sociable, though she’s definitely more friendly and willing to part from her research to have some fun for a bit. She’s determined to ensure she and her sister don’t lose their ethics along the way, though. Much like Di, she’s focused on her work to help everyone. Working on biotech with her sister. Bi.
Ludwig Von Drake (Disney) - Inventor and old friend of Scrooge. Duck anthro, and non-magical. Ludwig is an eccentric, quirky and often loud scientist who makes inventions for adventurers. However, his inventions are, much like Ludwig himself…quirky. They appear nonsensical and almost impossible to work with, but if someone can figure out how to get past all the buttons and switches, they find that frustration is more than well-worth it. Not interested in dating.
Nora Wakeman (My Life as a Teenage Robot)- Jenny’s mother and creator. A brilliant scientist focused on robotics, Nora was greatly shocked when Jenny first came to life, but embraced it as a miracle of science and magic, and loves her daughter. A lively and excitable woman, devoted to her robotics science and protecting the town from any danger. She is typically seen building gadgets, reading science articles and newspapers, drafting plans, or testing her invention’s capabilities. Due to her daughter’s unique status as a robot student, Nora is very protective over her, but tries to hold back her worries to let Jenny live a normal life. Straight.
Rodney Copperbottom (Robots) - A robot created by Tony. Is also an aspiring inventor. Rodney is an optimistic, outgoing, and kind robot, who is often considered to be Tony’s son by lab staff. He’s also observant and thoughtful, working on making inventions to make things easier for all the residents of the city. They sometimes go awry, though, and end up making bigger messes, which Rodney will always apologize for. They usually end up working after some tweaking and such, and everyone’s grateful to him for trying, anyways. Straight.
Sandy Cheeks (Spongebob Squarepants) - Squirrel anthro. Non-magic, and an Inventor, as well as botanist. A caring, sassy and level-headed lady, Sandy doesn’t take any crap from anyone and has worked hard for everything she’s accomplished. She sometimes conducts crazy experiments, just to see how things happen and react to each other, but it’s all within a contained environment, so nothing bad happens…usually. Fully proud of herself and her heritage, Sandy tends to be pretty competitive and usually has a high opinion of herself, which can lead to her being overconfident and biting off more than she can chew. She will admit to and apologize for her mistakes, though. Apparently has a black-belt in karate. Straight.
Jack and Maddie Fenton (Danny Phantom) - Danny’s parents and a pair of scientists who study ghosts. Initially, they viewed ghosts as evil and wanted to hunt down every ghost they could find, eventually ripping them apart ‘molecule by molecule’. However, after Danny revealed to them about his ghost-like abilities, both Jack and Maddie became more accepting of ghosts and used their knowledge to help people understand ghosts better. Both are non magic users and married to each other.
Dr. James Possible (Kim Possible) - Kim’s father, and rocket scientist. A friendly, easygoing, and occasionally absentminded man who encourages his daughter’s dreams and interests, while still being protective of her. He often worries about his daughter going out with boys, still seeing her as his “Kimmie-Cub”, but he trusts her and her ability to keep herself safe, nonetheless. Married to Anne.
Tecna (Winx Club) - Can manipulate technology. Works as a secretary at the Membrane Research Facility. A perfectionist with strong self-confidence, Techna is practical and logical, though to a fault. Has a bit of problem with expressing her emotions properly, so she often resorts to relying on pure logic to make most of her decisions, though her friends and co-workers are working on helping Techna with this. When not at her desk, Techna can usually be found in the inventor’s section of the lab, making her own technological devices. Dating Timmy Miletus.
Others
Terry the T-Rex (Dinosaur King) - One of the Chibi Dinosaurs, the results of a series of experiments to revive dinosaurs gone adorably wrong. Aggressive and having a tendency for destruction, Terry is often described as a “murder baby dino” by some of the lab personnel. He doesn’t seem to be really fond of anyone in the lab, and often sneaks out to the school to pick fights with Chomp…and seems to gain an interest in Bakugo as well.
Spiny the Spinosaurs (Dinosaur King) - One of the Chibi Dinosaurs, the results of a series of experiments to revive dinosaurs gone adorably wrong. Spiny is standoffish and a bit of a loner, preferring to swim alone in a kiddy pool Spike got for him. Nonetheless, he often follows Terry’s lead, showing he’s more of a follower than a leader. He likes Aline, and tends to wander around her part of the lab.
Tank the Saichania (Dinosaur King) - One of the Chibi Dinosaurs, the results of a series of experiments to revive dinosaurs gone adorably wrong. Tank is usually a docile sweetheart who is happy to laze about, but when irritated or annoyed, she’s quick to swing her tail around and give some legs a few bruises. Much like Spiny, she follows Terry’s lead. She adores Callan, and is always following him around.

Happily married.
Reese Drake (Dinosaur King) - Paleontologist, and Zoe Drake’s older sister and guardian. Has magnet magic. A calm, quiet and often stoic woman, Reese is often one of the steadfast brain cells at the Membrane Research Facility, and she runs a tight ship to keep her co-worker, Spike, in line. Some people think she has no emotion, but Reese often shows her softer side around her sister, and she can occasionally appear annoyed by the chaotic antics of the lab. Friends with Vera and Seong-Hui. Demiromantic Bisexual, leans towards women.
Callan Gero (Faceclaim: Android 16 from Dragon Ball Z) - Aline’s son, and a security guard at the Membrane Research Facility. Has super durability and strength. When not at her desk, Techna can usually be found in the inventor’s section of the lab, making her own technological devices. Dating Timmy Miletus.
Timotheus “Timmy” Miletus (Winx) - Trainee inventor at the lab, working under Gru and Syx. Can summon a crossbow made of electric magic. Sweet, level-headed, but shy and occasionally oblivious to girls and romance, Timmy loves technology and hopes to one day be a part of the process to make lives easier for both magical and the mundane. He’s often the voice of reason, and tends to try to keep things calm, knowing that arguing usually doesn’t help. Timmy can be prone to snapping himself, however, when he gets agitated or ignored during high-tension situations. Dating Tecna.
Wasabi (Big Hero 6) - Physicist, and one of Hu Tao’s Classmates at Grimoire Academy. Can create plasma blades. Wasabi is a guy who thrives off of a clean and controlled environment, and is definitely a braincell in the labs. Heavily grounded in reality, with a healthy dose of common sense, he can help his co-workers regain focus in a frantic moment. Wasabi is an overly "by the book" kind of person, and he often says there’s laws and rules for a reason, and no, they’re not for breaking. Despite this, Wasabi himself is capable of being a chaos-causer if it means he can help his friends. Asexual.
Honey Lemon (Big Hero 6) - Chemist, and a classmate of Hu Tao. Can make small balls that can take on chemical attributes, and even be mixed together. Honey is often best described as very much like her namesake, being sweet, happy and optimistic. She’s always eager to explore and see the interesting things life holds…which to her, is usually a whole lot of things. She’s highly observant, and prone to have an adrenaline streak, which can cause her to be prone to mixing dangerous chemicals. Still, she loves her work and is always happy to help her co-workers. Pan.
Go-go Tomago (Big Hero 6) - Mechanical Engineer, and Hu Tao's classmate. Has no magic. Gogo is an often stoic, snarky and deadpan adrenaline junkie who lives for the thrill of speed. She can be overly blunt, tough or even harsh, but she doesn’t mean any harm…usually. One of the top athletes of her school year, Gogo is not only physically inclined, but she’s adaptive and quick to think on her feet. She’s not the easiest to get along with, Gogo herself will readily admit, but when it comes to friends, she has a strong will to help them out. Lesbian.
Kukui (Pokemon) - A professor at the Membrane Research Facility who researches Pokemon, and what magic they have…usually by having them hit him with it. Has immense endurance. Cheerful, friendly and welcoming, Kukui loves his work and what help it can be in the future, such as in the case of rabid or dangerous Pokemon attacks. When things get serious, though, Kukui displays a completely serious and calm front that allows him to assess the situation logically. He has a tendency to use Pokemon-related puns in conversation. What most people don’t know is that Kukui is actually a rather popular wrestler as well, going by the name “Masked Royal”. Bi, married to Burnet.
Professor Burnet (Pokemon) - A researcher who researches the connections between magical dimensions and the magic in dreams. She has minor dream magic. Burnet is an outgoing, cheeky person, who gladly spares whatever time she has for her friends, and does her best to help them out.
