Sorry for taking so long, but here is the list for the current NPC of the police force. Similar to the shop keeper list, this may be updated over time, but this is what we have so far.^^ If you have any suggestions, feel free to let us know down below.^^
Members
Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist) - A fire element user and the Chief of Police. On the field, Roy has the personality many other imagine: A serious man who will rarely put up with crap and is ready to protect his own no matter what. However, while off work, some members will mention a more relaxed side shows up. No matter what though, Roy is there for people if they need help and will have his co workers back...if only he wasn't so useless when it rains. There are rumors he and Riza may be dating, but there hasn't been proof yet.
Riza Hawkeye (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Deputy police chief alongside Maes and non-magic user. A very stern woman who helps keep Roy in check at times, Riza is normally the one co workers go to if he is busy. A skill shooter, Riza isn't someone you want to piss off. There are rumors she and Roy are dating, but there hasn't been proof yet.
Maes Hughes (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Deputy police chief with Riza and non-magic user. Having known Roy since they were kids, the two are as tight as thieves. At first glance, he may seem like a huge goof ball due to how he will always try to show off pictures of his beloved wife and daughter. However, the other members of police know he is one of the smartest in the force...
Jean Gunnhildr (Genshin Impact) - Police captain and a wind element magic user. Currently, dating both Lisa and Diluc and is the older sister of Barbara. To many, Jean is almost like the team mom of the group or the cool big sister they go to if they just need someone to talk too. Jean is very understanding and tries her best for her town, but be warn. Try to bring harm to the town, and Jean will cut you down. Bi.
Officer Jenny (Pokémon) - Able to talk to different animals and Pokémon. One of the lower rank members, Jenny can be spotted around town to keep an eye out in case any of the trouble maker tries anything. That said, she isn’t against some pranks…as long as it doesn’t risk destroying a part of the town. Demisexual.
Copper (Animal Crossing) - Non-magic. A ‘by the book’ cop who can come off as hot-blooded due to his determination at his job. In fact, it’s pretty common to find him at the gym or library during his time off to help him sharpen his skills for work. Asexual.
Blubs and Durland (Gravity Falls) - Blubs has super strength, while Durland has super speed. Happily married. While they aren’t the best at their job, they do get along well with kids and help bring some much needed laughter to the building sometimes. It’s pretty common for younger kids at the orphanage to go to the two first if they notice something.
Diluc Ragnvindr (Genshin Impact) - A fire element user and the co-captain alongside Jean. He is currently in a relationship with Jean and Lisa as well. That said, Diluc can come off as cold due to his stern nature. He rarely holds back on if he feels something is wrong and isn’t afraid to mention it, even coming off as harsh sometimes. However, this is due to his love of the town and wanting to protect it. His brother is Kaeya. Bisexual.
Koichi Zenigata (Lupin the Third) - Non magic user. Normally, a serious and competent police officer, Koichi can become a bit gun-oh when it comes to the rumors of thieves in the mountains and forest, being the first one to rush over there if someone comes in with the thought they could have seen one. This is due to his wish to protect the town and its citizens, fearing some of the thieves may be the danger if they aren’t handled soon enough. Though because of how he rushes off, this sometimes causes him to crash with Roy. Thankfully, he does have a friendly side off of duty and with friends. Asexually.
Wanda (One Piece) - Canine anthro and non-magic user. A usually friendly and kind member of the police, Wanda does have some canine habits that can, unfortunately, cause some problems for herself and others, such as chasing squirrels and picking fights with cats. Still, she takes her job seriously and does her best for the sake of the town. She is best friends with Carrot. Lesbian.
Antarcticite “Antarc” Vajra (Houseki no Kuni) - A Gem Golem, and an ice magic user. They/them pronouns. Among all of Rutile’s siblings, Antarc is the eldest and the closest to their father, Kongo. They work as a police officer in order to protect their family. Serious, calm, and quiet, Antarc generally works on their own, but are open to occasionally teaming up with their coworkers, especially Captain Jean and Diluc. They are very protective of their family and won’t hesitate to act out in order to keep them safe. Not interested in dating.
Lazuli Kappa (Faceclaim: Android 18 from Dragonball Z) - Ultraviolet energy projection. Lazuli has been a member of the police since her graduation days, and has worked hard for her position in the force. Originally one of the biggest troublemakers, Lazuli’s snarky and generally aloof personality always has her ready to make a comment. Still, she’s always willing to help. Is happily married to her husband, Krillin, and the mother of their child, Marron.
Krillin Kappa (Dragonball Z) - Non-magic user. Lazuli’s husband, and the father of Marron. Krilling was generally the one keeping Lazuli in line during their school days, and that eventually led to a friendship-turned-romance between the two of them shortly after graduation. Most days, Krillin remains at the station while his wife is in the field. Level-headed, rational but definitely not the brain cell, Krillin just wants to raise their daughter the best he can.
Ratchet (Ratchet and Clank) - Rivet’s twin brother and a lombax. Has metal and lightning element magic. Very similar to his sister in terms of personality, Ratchet is viewed as a bit of a trouble maker within the police’s office. However, when trouble does arise, a more serious side of him shows. This has made some jokes in the office that he is a feline, acting like a playful, hyper kitten off duty, while on duty, he is like a lion ready to attack. Straight.
Vi (Arcane) - Has super strength and the powers to summon robotic arms to help in battle. The older sister of Jinx, the two grew up in the town’s orphanage, with Vi taking up many part time jobs…and getting into trouble due to past fights when people picked on Jinx. Vi is hotheaded, impulse, and fearsome who doesn’t always follow orders if she thinks breaking it can help more people. Despite this, her heart is in the right place and has a soft side to little kids. Currently engaged to Caitlyn.
Caitlyn (Arcane) - Non-magic user. Caitlyn comes from a long line of police and Council members, her own mother being a member of the Magic Council though located in a different town. Caitlyn is more level-headed and by the books, normally paired up with Vi to keep Vi in line while their on jobs. Something that doesn’t really bother the two as they use it as an excuse to spend more time together. There are times a person can find her at Shining Sun Café for a cup of tea before she goes to work. Currently engaged to Vi.
Sae Niijima (Persona 5) - Makoto’s elder sister, and a detective for the police. Can use metal magic. Serious, hard-working and professional at almost all times, Sae can be seen as the stern mother of the police force who keeps them in line. However, her soft spot for her younger sister and her friends tends to cause her to be kind to the younger members of the force. Any threat to the town swiftly finds out just how alike the sisters are. Bi.
Zenkichi Hasegawa (Persona 5/Wolf Tsume from Wolf's Rain) - Detective on the police force. Can transform into a wolf. While usually calm and amicable, Zenkichi has a tendency to comically overreact or panic when caught off-guard. While often busy due to work, he’s a good father to his daughter, and does everything he can for her sake. He’s most often the one dealing with “The Phantoms” should they get into trouble, and as such, has developed a soft spot for them. Straight, and more focused on work than dating.
Hajime Sugoroku (Nanbaka) - Member of the police force as jail warden, keeping an eye on the prisoners. Has super strength, inherited from one of his fathers. Stern, irritable, short-tempered and generally uptight about work, Hajime is a man who takes his job seriously, and isn’t afraid to get into a brawl to get things done. The eldest child of two adventurers, Hajime often grew up watching his parents fighting for the betterment of others and wanted to do a similar thing. Has a soft spot for a certain group of troublemakers around town who often get sent to the jail for a night or two. Demisexual.
Hitoshi Sugoroku (Nanbaka) - Hajime’s younger sister, and a member of the police force, often helping her brother keep an eye on prisoners. Has the power to enhance her body’s durability, which Hajime uses as an excuse to use her as a battering ram on occasion. Unlike her brother, Hitoshi has a kind, warm and affectionate personality to the point of being friendly with prisoners. She admires her fathers, two adventurers, greatly. Often makes lunches to bring into work. Trans Female, Pan.
Ryotaro Dojima (Persona 4) - Detective for the polite force. Has no magic. Ryotaro, or as he most prefers to be referred to, Dojima is a hard-working member of the police who was a classmate of Mirajane and the rest of her year, though he works hard enough to be called a workaholic. Due to an incident where his wife, Chisato, died in a hit-and-run car accident some years ago, he started smoking and working overtime to both cope with the stress and try to find the person behind it, which put a strain on his relationship with his young daughter, Nanako. Nowadays, he’s doing his best to be a better dad to her, and goes to see Takuto weekly to prevent a relapse. Straight, not interested in dating again.
Tohru Adachi (Persona 4) - Detective on the force, and Dojima’s partner. Has shadow magic. Prefers to go by his last name. Adachi is a jovial and cheerful detective who occasionally blurts out case-important details out loud on accident, much to his own chagrin. However, this happy nature masks his inner thoughts and feelings, as he is actually a misanthrope who tends to manipulate others for his own enjoyment. Despite this, he clearly cares for the Dojima family and can be seen as grudgingly nice to people who treat him kindly. He hates people being overly compassionate or friendly, though. Demisexual, Panromantic.
Thyma (Promare) - Forensics expert for the police, and a Burnish. Can summon a snake made out of fire. Thyma is a meek girl who often keeps to herself, and tends to stay in one place to avoid getting into danger or caught up in the chaos. She’s considerate of others, and often worries for her co-worker’s safety. Has some trauma revolving around the events that led her to become a Burnish and goes to see Takuto weekly and takes medication for anxiety. Loves her brother, but often gets exasperated about his overprotectiveness. Bi.
Shirou Oogami (Brand New Animal) - Undercover agent for the police and wolf-spirit anthro. Can transform between three forms, human, anthro and spirit form, but can usually be seen in anthro form. Shirou is often out of town due to his undercover work, so it’s rare to see him. Quiet and stoic, Shiro is proud of his anthro blood and heritage, and is passionate about helping out his kind. However, in return, he has a deep distaste for most humans, and avoids them like the plague. Lunaville is the only place he considers to have “decent humans” as Shirou puts it. As a result of his distaste for humans, he’s rather merciless when getting cases where humans are the perpetrators. Demiromantic and Pansexual, not really looking to date right now, but does have a soft spot for Michiru.
Michiru Kagemori (Brand New Animal) - Tanuki anthro, and apprentice agent under Shirou. Can shapeshift parts of her body into different animal shapes, but can’t fully transform her entire body. One of the many graduates of Hu Tao’s year from the academy, Michiru is a compassionate, brave and energetic young woman who is stubborn and won’t be easily swayed, though that can lead to her being reckless. She cares for all species, and won’t condone any senseless violence against anyone, even criminals. Pan, seems to have a crush on Shirou but if she is, is hiding it well.
Carmelita (Sly Cooper series) - A graduate from Hu Tao’s class year, she was basically their version of Saber and Blake. Still one of the sanest citizens of the town, Carmelita does her best to protect the town…though the daily chaos students cause can easily get on her last nervous if it’s something like Ying’s more damaging pranks or Natsu setting something on fire again. Despite this, Carmelita tries to stay calm with kids the best she can due to the fact she knows they’re still growing. Carmelita’s and Hu Tao’s former classmates like to joke that Carmelita is waiting to put Hu in a cell for a night, something Carmelita will play along with…though given the headaches Hu used to cause Carmelita when they were students, there may be some truth behind it. Able to use lightning magic, and has super jump abilities.
Osamu Dazai (Bungou Stray Dogs) - Atsushi's foster father and a former Executive of the Port Mafia, who currently works at both the Lunaville Police Station and Hospital, using nullifying magic to prevent short-term prisoners or patients from using their magic. A rather quirky man on the surface, Dazai (as he prefers to be called) is a comical man who tends to annoy people out of affection, but is a benevolent mastermind of manipulation, truthfully. Despite all the trouble his personality sometimes causes Atsushi, Dazai deeply cares for his foster son. Demisexual, and he's actually happily in love with his former partner in the Port Mafia, despite said partner's anger at his desertion of the organization. (Note by DD: Also Atsushi’s side character)
Cobra Bubbles (Lilo and Stitch) - Non magic. A serious, by the book, member of the police, though he does have his moments of working around them as well. He is normally pretty calm and doesn’t show a lot of emotions while on the clock, keeping any personality he may have towards someone from affecting his work. Off duty, however, he can be called a big soft teddy bear, as it is common for him to visit the orphanage to check on the kids with different gifts for them. Pretty rare to find him drinking and if he joins coworkers for a night at Shizuo’s bar, Bubbles is most likely to order water or soda. Has no interest in dating due to his focus on his job currently, but who knows: Maybe if the right person came along and a strong enough bond is formed, he could become interested. Demisexual.
Perry the Platypus (Phineas and Ferb) - An anthro platypus who is mainly mute outside of his growls. Due to this, Perry mainly uses sign language (English while knowing the basics for Spanish), his phone, or a notebook to write in when talking to others. Whenever something of Doofenshmirtz’s blows up, Perry is normally sent to make sure he and everyone else is alright. Turns out, Perry is the only one who can really handle Doofenshmirtz’s many backstories on the police force, which also formed a small friendship between them…though Doofenshmirtz always mistakes Perry for a different platypus if he isn’t wearing his hat for some weird reason.
Vector Crocodile (Sonic Series) - Anthro crocodile working as a detective for the police, besides running his own smaller detective agency. Has music magic. Despite his rough appearance and sometimes rude manners indicating otherwise, Vector is a capable detective and natural leader with a clear, deductive mind who will always see cases through until he deems them solved. He also has a heart of gold underneath all those scales, always willing to help out others in need. Bi, has a crush on Vanilla Rabbit.
Espio Chameleon (Sonic Series) - Anthro chameleon who works as a detective and undercover agent for the police. Has invisibility magic. A straight-laced man committed to his job, Espio is serious, practical, and wise. He’s committed to not only his job, but training as a ninja due to his ancestral roots. He does his best to help reign in his coworkers, but tends to get dragged unwillingly into their antics. Demisexual.
Ashton Frey (The Letter) - A magic user able to see ghosts who works as a Detective Inspector. To friends, he is normally the source of humor, making jokes that are so bad, they’re funny and playful light hearted jabs with them. However, to anyone he doesn’t know, Ashton has a habit of putting up walls which makes him come off as standoffish and cold. While he can be stubborn on his stand, Ashton isn’t one to rush into things: He always tries his best to come up with a plan on a mission. Due to some issues he has with self-worth and expressing his sadness, the idea of going to therapy has entered his mind, however, Ashton has yet to do so. Said to have a crush on a childhood friend named Isabella Santos.
Yao, Ling, and Chien-Po (Mulan) - A trio of best friends who went through police training together, and plan to stay together to the end. Yao has minor fire magic, Ling has super speed, and Chien-Po has super strength. Yao is a hot-tempered brawler, who is a loyal and cheerful teddy bear with a heart of gold underneath that tough exterior, Ling is a joking and prank-pulling wise guy who nonetheless is willing to smooth bridges over and help others, and Chien-Po is a sweet, kind-hearted gentle giant who loves to eat. Together, the three are often called the “Troublesome Trio”, though it’s a light-hearted nickname that the town uses fondly. Yao is Pan, Ling is Bi and Chien-Po is Asexual.
Shang Li (Mulan) - Member of the police force, mainly stationed in training the new recruits and keeping the task force fit and in shape. Has no magic. A strong-willed, no-nonsense man, Shang is a harsh teacher, but his methods work well, and most members of the force don’t really hold a grudge against Shang for it. He was often teased for being a “pretty boy” during his school days, so he’s often put-off by being called that in the present. Bi, though it took him a long time to come to terms with it when he was younger. Seems interested in Mulan, though he seems to lack the social skills that would make it easy to ask for a date.
Earl Devereaux (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs) - An officer who is usually patrolling the town and keeping an eye out for troublemakers. Non-magic. A very athletic and overprotective man whose passion for his job is often excessive, tackling jaywalkers and nimbly leaping into action at the slightest sign of trouble, particularly on days when the troublemakers are roaming about. When a troublemaker sees Earl running their way, it’s often advised to drop whatever they’re doing and go back to being a peaceful citizen for a few days, as he’ll be watching them like a hawk. Nonetheless, he is a caring and loving family man who just wants the town to be safe for all the kids growing up. Is often the one dealing with Flint Lockwood’s chaotic results of his inventions, so he’s especially in tune with bad feelings about that mess. Happily married with a son.
Ema Skye (Ace Attorney Series) - Forensic scientist, and a former worker at the law office. Non-magic. Cheerful and optimistic with a passion for her worker, Ema is often the life of the party in her division of the police station, and she tends to keep things lively. She can be moody, and occasionally disregard co-workers if in a foul mood, but usually, not much can get Ema down. She loves junk food known as “Snackoos”, and tends to eat them when having a bad day or is just bored. A sign that bad things are happening in the forensics department is if you see a whole bunch of empty Snackoos bags lying around. Straight, not interested in dating.
Alfendi Layton (Professor Layton series) - Hershel’s son, and Katrielle’s older brother, working as a forensic scientist for the police. Has chemical magic. Due to a traumatic incident when he was younger, Alfendi has Dissociative Identity Disorder (also abbreviated as DID) involving two dissociative states, which are each referred to as “Placid Prof” and “Potty Prof”. When his main persona “Placid” is out, Alfendi is a calm, laid-back and kind man, gentle to the point of being meek. When “Potty” is out, however, Alfendi is much more aggressive and short-tempered, as well as straight-forward, unafraid to criticize anyone. However, his smart mind and intelligence remain the same between the two personas, regardless of which one is in control. Sometimes, switching between Potty and Placid makes Alfendi ill, and he usually goes to therapy to help the personas find more balance. Bi.
Garrett (Quest for Camelot) - Solo agent for the police, who patrols around the mines to both keep students out…and whatever lives inside in. Has super hearing and strength. A man with a gruff and antisocial exterior, Garrett is cynical and short-tempered, with no patience for those he deems clumsy or too weak to help out. Despite this, he is a brave and noble man who just wants to keep others safe. Quick-witted, and having a dry, sarcastic sense of humor, he prefers handling things on his own. Was blinded when he was younger during his days of training at the police academy, but hasn’t let this stop him yet. Has a service falcon named Ayden that has sound magic that he uses to alert Garrett about dangers, and carries around a bo staff to use in both combat and as a walking stick. He also uses it to whack students who are wandering around where they aren’t supposed to be. Demisexual, not interested in dating right now, but maybe with the right person who takes the time, he’d be open to it.
Lin Beifong (The Legend of Korra) - Chief Interrogator of the police, and second-in-command of the Beifong family. Has metal/earth magic. The eldest of Toph’s daughters, Lin is often referred to as the “second-coming” of her mother, having a similar personality. However, she is more strict and rule-abiding than Toph, as well as uncompromising when it comes to the laws of the city. However, she is a bit more lenient on the younger criminals and trouble-making students, though Lin makes it clear that the second they graduate and start causing trouble, they’ll be in handcuffs and behind bars in seconds. Has a generally tense relationship with her family, but Lin loves and cares for them still.
Nick Wilde (Zootopia) - Traffic officer, and has no magic, but is skilled at pick-pocketing and sleight-of-hand tricks. He is generally a charismatic, street-smart and wise-cracking guy. A shifty, sly, and mischievous fox, Nick is easygoing and slick, easily conning, and tricking others through his charm and friendly demeanor for information about cases. Most of the town is aware of this trick of his, but he mainly uses it on tourists and outsiders to Lunaville, working for the safety and betterment of Lunaville. Was originally a con-artist with a cynical and prejudiced world-view due to him being an anthro, but Lunaville has been good for him, both mentally and physically, leading him to be a better person. Partnered with Judy Hopps. Bi.
Judy Hopps (Zootopia) - Rabbit anthro, and a traffic officer. Has super-speed. She is fiercely optimistic and independent, with a deep care for the well-being of others. She has a big heart, and although she tends to keep her emotions under control - and even under wraps - a majority of the time, Judy is capable of expressing her true feelings in a genuine, powerful light. Since childhood, she has harbored a dream to become a police officer, solely for the opportunity to help those in need and make the world a better place. Is partnered with Nick Wilde. Demisexual.
Barbara Gordon (Young Justice) - Informant for the Police, using her own self-made information networks to get information for cases, and often works together with the forensic department. Non-magic. Barbara is a confident, intelligent woman with natural leadership abilities, able to take control of a situation easily if needed. She takes her job seriously, and does her best for all of Lunaville. She was paralyzed from the waist-down some years ago on an active case, and has since acclimated to it, and does her best to help active officers to prevent a similar incident from happening to them. Though she knows she won’t likely be able to walk again, Barbara still goes to physical therapy to at least try. Straight.
Jean Havoc (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Friend of Roy, Maes and Riza and has fire/smoke magic. A self-proclaimed 'country boy', Havoc is usually rather laid-back and almost never seen without a cigarette in his mouth, but is an honest, loyal and hard-working officer who leads his own subordinates by example. Although not the most intelligent, Havoc more than makes up for this with common sense and cleverness - often providing a sarcastic, real-world perspective to counter the over-the-top antics of his coworkers. He has bad luck with his girlfriends and ladies in general, though. Straight.
Pete and Stan (Tangled) - Officers who often keep watch in the holding cells with Hajime. Both are non-magical. Best friends who worked and studied hard to become members of the force, it’s not uncommon to see Pete and Stan diligently standing guard when Hajime isn’t around to scare prisoners into behaving. However, the two are a rather comedic duo, while hard and efficient workers...who are pretty much easily caught up in the latest chaos to strike the police-station. Usually, they are unintentionally privy to some…interesting gossip, depending on one’s view of things. Definitely makes their lives colorful, to say the least. Pete is straight while Stan is married, his wife living out of the city due to her work, though the couple call each other often.
Lieutenant Destin Mattias (Frozen II) - One of the older members of the force, who was actually one of Akemi and Isabelle’s school seniors. Has no magic. Destin, or as he prefers to be called by his last name, Mattias is a kind-hearted, loyal, open-minded as well as a faithful man who does his best for the sake of the town. He does his best to help not just the citizens of the town, but also his co-workers when he can, even if it’s just minor things. Akemi and Isabelle have both said he’s definitely one of the more rational of their older classmates. Straight.
Ashoka Tano (Star Wars) - Tiefling member of the police, often acting as an undercover agent. From a young age, Ashoka was raised among a circle of warrior monks who acted as pacifists and did their best to act for the better of the people, and she was sent to learn more about the world at the academy. Ashoka initially wanted to follow in their footsteps, but found she preferred actively working to make things better after a small time spent with a now retired Lunaville officer on an assignment. Nowadays, after graduating, Ashoka uses both her teachings from growing up and what she’s learned from the Lunaville Police to help protect the town. Ashoka is usually a calm, level-headed and mature young woman who has a strong sense of justice, honor and good morals. However, she isn’t always a brain cell, also being snarky, cocky, aggressive, feisty, stubborn, though Ashoka is kind-hearted at the core of her being. Lesbian.
Dick Grayson (DC) - Undercover agent for the police. Has no magic, but is trained in several weapon use and acrobatics. The adopted son and apprentice of an adventurer, Dick grew up in his father’s shadow, and while he admires and loves his father, he acknowledges that growing up like that wasn’t easy, especially with his father’s own distant but caring personality. Dick eventually struck out on his own, after a few disagreements with his father, that in present day, they have since talked it out and acknowledged where and what they did wrong. Dick is fairly easy-going and approachable, being a talkative guy who enjoys taunting and teasing co-workers and criminals alike if the situation isn’t too serious. He’s quick to act, adaptive and definitely a popular figure among the tourists for his looks. Straight.
Kim Possible (Kim Possible) - Recent graduate of the Academy, who plans to do her best to help keep the city safe…from both criminals and troublemakers alike. Has enhanced reflexes and, as a result of cheerleading and gymnastics during her school years, is highly athletic and acrobatic. Kim is a confident, tough, brave, strong, and sharp young woman whose awareness of her own abilities is reflected well by her motto, "I can do anything". She has a kind and caring heart that lets Kim be able to help pretty much anybody in need…if they’re not jerks or someone who has been causing trouble for the town. She admires her older co-worker Elisa. Bi, leans towards boys.
Sam, Clover, Alex (Totally Spies) - Three of the newer members of the police who recently graduated from the school. Having been best friends since they were little kids, it’s pretty common to see Sam, Clover, and Alex together both on and off work, the three even renting an apartment together until they each can find a place of their own. All three of them have no magic and are straight.
Clawhauser (Zootopia) - Cheetah anthro, and receptionist and radio dispatcher for the Lunaville Police. Can control radio waves. Clawhauser is an innocent, cheerful, friendly and open-minded guy who is always quick to be on the uptake regarding sensitive things like people’s pronouns and such. If he should ever accidentally say something offensive or rude, he’s quick to apologize and not say it again. Despite being innocent, he’s not naive and knows full well how prejudice, bias and such can occur and hurt people, so he always tries to be on the look-out for it. Clawhauser can occasionally be absent-minded or distracted during work, especially when something interesting is happening, but he’s still an efficient worker. Also a massive fan of Gazelle. Pan.
Loid Forger (Spy X Family) - Yor’s husband, and secret agent for the police. Has gun magic. Ruthless, merciless and highly efficient on the job, Loid, despite his frightening reputation as a police agent, is actually a polite, caring and kind man who cares deeply for his family and would do anything for them. He believes in creating a world where children won’t have to worry or fear about losing people dear to them, and is determined to see it happen, even if it’s not in his lifetime. He’s very much proud of his daughter, and makes it clear that no matter what, he’ll always love her. Married to Yor.
Sunset Boulevardez (The Proud Family) - Mother of LaCienega Boulevardez, and a police officer who offers self-defense classes on the side. Sunset is much like her best friend Trudy, though she places more focus on her looks and having a good time. She loves her daughter, and did her best to raise her to be polite and respectful. Can and will do a shoulder-toss on anybody trying to do something illegal near her, as some troublemaking students and even some unfortunate citizens can attest to.
Helen Parr (The Incredibles) - Violet and Dash’s mother with Superhuman Elasticity and Durability. Helen is a woman with a strong opinion on keeping her family and Lunaville safe, and as well making sure it’s kept safe for the future generation. She values honesty and loyalty above all else, so generally, any sign of lying or being unfaithful tends to make her angry and prone to being a little aggressive. She's a stern, protective but encouraging and loving mother to her children, and always tries to help them when she can. Married to Bob.
Bob Parr (The Incredibles) - Violet and Dash’s father with superhuman strength. A guy with classic heroic vibes, Bob is still very much human with flaws, and he’s often tired of how the town can’t stay calm and quiet for a few minutes, often complaining about it. Still, Bob loves the town and the people in it, even if some annoy him, and he does what he can to protect it. Usually he’s laid-back and calm, but he does have a loud and strong temper when pushed. A proud father and husband, Bob loves his family and does his best to protect them. Married to Helen.
Alice Swayne (Ancient Magus Bride) - Apprentice agent for the police, and Mikhail’s apprentice. Has blue fire magic, as a result of a contract with her familiar, a fire spirit known as “Will o’ the Wisp”. Prior to her coming to Lunaville, Alice was the daughter of a drug addict who often physically and emotionally abused her, to the point of getting her addicted as well to his fix. She was eventually found and taken out of her father’s custody, thanks to the local authorities. Alice was moved to the closest orphanage, which was in Lunaville, and she went to the academy once she was of age, wanting to do something for kids that were in similar situations like her. A straight-forward woman who speaks her mind, she has a soft spot for people who are or were in bad spots like her, and Alice is usually the best person to have handle them. She’s pretty protective over Mikhail, due to what he’s sacrificed for her, and it’s clear that her major soft spot is also for him. Some people speculate that she has more than student-like feelings for him, but nobody pries. Bi.
Franky Franklin (Spy X Family) - Informant for the police. Has no magic. Franky is a friendly and easy-going guy who reminds the officers he deals with, especially Loid, that they have people waiting for them at home, and they have to come back in as best a shape they can, for their loved ones sake. He has a habit of easily falling in love, though it tends to never end well for him, sadly. Franky is also fairly materialistic, considering he’s willing to give a ton more information if the officers offer a tip or some extra pay, but he gives them the info, regardless of if they don’t offer something more or not. Bi.
Thoren (Winx Club) - Agent for the police, and Nex’s partner, as well as Sky’s older cousin. Can summon a hammer made of stone. Unlike his more active and headstrong cousin, Thoren seems more gentle, calm and passive. They both share a strong desire to help and protect others, and Thoren hopes to one day maybe be able to travel the world and help others outside of Lunaville. Loves and adores his wife, and is protective of her, often making sure any magical items or artifacts taken into police custody are handled extremely carefully as a result of seeing her reactions to them in the past. Married to Daphne.
Nex (Winx Club) - Agent for the police, who often works with adventurers in cases. Can make a halberd out of storm magic. Hot-headed and arrogant, Nex tends to act like a showboat most of the time and is definitely flirtatious, which can and has rubbed people the wrong way before. Despite his typically negative personality traits though, Nex can also be courageous and caring when the time calls for it, even to those who do not like him. He’s also a fun-loving guy who likes to compete, and doesn’t mind losing. Bi, and seems to have an interest in both Roy Trident and Aisha.
Brandon (Winx Club) - Sky’s childhood friend, and fellow officer. Can make a staff out of wind magic. Athletic, and outdoorsy, Brandon tends to be a bit superficial at times, seeing good looks as important. Brandon adores his girlfriend, and occasionally worries if he’s good enough for her, but he does his best to make her happy. Dating Stella.
Sky (Winx Club) - Recent graduate and one of the newest members of the police. Can summon a khukuri made from light energy. A young man with a strong sense of duty and responsibility, Sky is a natural-born leader who aspires to one day be Roy Mustang’s successor, and works hard to achieve that dream. However, he does tend to occasionally get annoyed when someone is flirting with his girlfriend, and complains on how the chaos of the town is often cutting his dates short. Is dating Bloom.
Mikhail Renfred (Ancient Magus Bride) - Agent for the police that mainly deals with magical species. Can teleport. Mikhail is often a serious, composed and stoic man who often acts standoffish, and doesn’t necessarily interact with the rest of the police department that often. Due to negative past experiences with some magical species, Mikahil doesn’t really have fond memories or feelings for them, but he doesn’t let that affect how he does his job. Mikhail believes in doing things fairly, and putting the safety and protection of those who need it first and foremost. He got his scars and lost his arm protecting Alice. Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy) - Retired adventurer, who decided working for the police was less stressful than going out into active combat zones. He kinda regrets that decision. Can summon a large sword. Tifa’s childhood friend and former adventurer partner, Cloud is a stoic guy with a hidden snarky and sarcastic side to him, and he prefers getting the job done first over goofing around. Hates being weak and showing signs of weakness, even if it’s something small like a cold. He’s grudgingly affectionate to those really close to him, and is very protective of them as well. He is the only son in an adventurer family that honestly…didn’t treat him too well. He wasn’t abused, but neglect leaves it’s own damage, though he started getting help for it after moving to Lunaville. Nowadays, he can acknowledge it and the hurt it caused him. Is the adopted father of Adorabat. Demiromantic Asexual.
Elisa Maza (Gargoyles) - Non-magic. Elisa is a proud and steadfast member of the police, who has worked to keep the town safe and crime-free ever since she joined the force. Since she lives in a big city like Lunaville, she knows her way around and all the shortcuts to take, and isn’t hesitant to be tough on anyone keeping information from her during a case. Still, she only means well and does it all to keep everyone safe, especially the children and students. Tends to be a bit skeptical about magic usually, but she adjusts and works with it quickly once she knows it’s safe. Often keeps her crazier co-workers in line. Elisa is also close friends with the Lunaville Gargoyle clan, particularly it’s leader, Goliath. Bi.

No matter where the group of four criminals are, Kuu can often find them with ease.
Black Hayate (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Riza’s pet Shiba Inu/Siberian Husky mix breed puppy, who she adopted from James. Normally very friendly, Black Hayate is protective of his owner and the other police members, sometimes growling at people he believes are dangerous. Though he has picked up the habit of burying his treat bones at the town’s graveyard…

Asexually.

Serious, hard-working and professional at almost all times, Sae can be seen as the stern mother of the police force who keeps them in line.
Sam and Max Rabbit (Sam and Max series) - A duo of police officers. Sam has no magic, while Max has magic similar to Yakko and his siblings.Partners who handle all their cases together, Sam and Max are typically seen as the biggest troublemakers on the force…and given Max’s hyper and chaotic personality, that isn’t far off. While Sam is the calmer of the two, he normally goes along with Max's craziness. In fact, it’s pretty common for Sam’s reactions to be a calm yet creative way to express shock or surprise at any turn of events. Despite their crazy behavior, however, they normally get the job done in a manner that typically leads to the criminals begging to be arrested and taken away from them when other officers arrive at the scene. Shiro and Dojima are paritucarly fed up with their chaos out of the entire force, after Roy told them to keep an eye on the duo. Some think it was just so Roy himself didn't have to deal with them.
Demisexual.
Inspector Gadget (Inspector Gadget) - A cyborg detective with the power to pull out various objects as needed due to his enhancements. Able to fly, to lift heavy materials, to jump higher then a regular human…you name it, there’s a good chance he can do it. He is dedicated in his work and when an officer is needed, Gadget is often one of the first to answer and go where he's needed. Despite his kindhearted passion to resolve crimes and discover mysteries, he is a loose cannon, even if he doesn’t realize it. He can sometimes be too focused on his work in finding clues that he'll just pass over or ignore his surroundings without thinking about it, which can lead to some of his fellow officers pointing out something he missed later on. Sometimes, he hangs out with adults around town when off the clock or can be found with his niece, Penny.
Straight.

Despite being innocent, he’s not naive and knows full well how prejudice, bias and such can occur and hurt people, so he always tries to be on the look-out for it.
Married to Daphne.
Nex (Winx Club) - Agent for the police, who often works with adventurers in cases. Can make a halberd out of storm magic. He’s Alice’s mentor, and when asked about it, says his mission is to watch over her until she’s ready to face the world on her own two feet. Straight.
Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy) - Retired adventurer, who decided working for the police was less stressful than going out into active combat zones. He kinda regrets that decision.
Still, she only means well and does it all to keep everyone safe, especially the children and students. Grime (Amphibia) - A toad anthro Police Officer. Before adopting Sasha, most of the police force hated Grime as he was quite mean and rude to fellow cops, and anyone they dealt with. He really wanted respect and it wasn't until he met Sasha when she was 5 that he decided to try and be a better person. After a year of visiting and helping Sasha when she was younger, he gradually grew more friendly. Though he struggles with a few things, he has shown the other cops that he can change, so they were willing to give him a chance. After this, he adopted Sasha. Over the years, Grime has truly started to become a better person, to his best extent, though to some, it was only a minor improvement. He often tries to lighten the mood by attempting to be funny. He’s not interested in dating at the time.
Yunan (Amphibia) - A newt anthro who, at times, can be conceited and boasts about her past victories, mainly when it comes to fighting Shizuo and his crazy band of workers from the bar. She isn't really afraid of much, except for pigs. Yunan claims a pig tried to eat her arm off once, and though it isn’t too outlandish for Lunaville, some are definitely skeptical. Some might see her as crazy when she dives head first into action instead of assessing the full situation. The only time she ever truly considers the consequences is when it involves her wife, Olivia, as she helps keep Yunan grounded. Married to Olivia.
Shego (Kim Possible) - A former criminal that after time and a lot of patience, was eventually found to become more open to help, and even rehabilitation, going from a life of crime to working as a cop. It was an awkward transition, as she actually does love fighting and causing chaos in general. But controlling these tendencies, especially in Lunaville, really helped her turn over a new leaf. She isn't the most friendly person, being quiet, sarcastic, clever, and quite cocky. However, Shego will give good advice and is often helpful when tracking and catching certain trouble makers, as she can get a good idea of how they think. Just because she’s a troublemaker herself doesn’t mean she won’t throw others under the bus, afterall. Has energy blast magic. Lesbian.

Demisexual.
Shikanoin Heizou (Genshin Impact) - A detective working for the Lunaville Police, and admired by many for being a well-known case solver despite his relatively young age. Has wind magic. Despite his rather laid-back and calculative nature that takes notes of all unusual incidents around him, in his youth, he was rebellious and disliked following rules. Despite calling himself a detective and serving the Lunaville Police, his investigations revolve around his personal principles and appear to be unrelated to any governmental duty.Heizou's view of the term "detective" mostly stems from his belief that one should be evil's natural enemy, as the damage had already been done despite any attempt to cover it. Still, he’s willing to help out those who have committed crimes if they show regret for the pain they have caused, even if they don’t regret the crime itself. Not really interested in dating.

Now, some years later, Dehya is known as the “Flame-Mane” among adventurers and criminals alike. A highly regarded warrior among the mercenary circles, Dehya is brave without being impulsive, and strong without being arrogant. Life as a mercenary has allowed Dehya to accumulate much combat wisdom through various battles, and she is by no means your typical insolent and ignorant martial artist. He seems to be driven by determination, or possibly spite, due to him becoming a police officer due to the fact that a lot of people told him he couldn’t. Marrow is unable to hide his emotions, in part due to his tail which often gives his true feelings away, and as such tends to try and hide his emotions by putting up a tough act or by using humor to misdirect them. He was fortunately saved from this life by a monk who had raised Obi-Wan, but he was unfortunately unable to save his mother and vowed to one day rescue her. However, his life in slavery left him with immense trauma, and shortly after he joined the monks, Anakin was targeted by a dark mage for his potential in magic and was almost subjected to emotional and mental manipulation, were it not for the leading monks to realize and intervene before it was too late. While the damage was stopped before it was too late, Anakin has spent a majority of his life wary of others trying to manipulate and use him. Fortunately with the help of his loved ones, and a lot of therapy, he’s been working to have a healthier mindset. When not at the police station, Anakin can often be found at the mechanic garage. Nevertheless, whether his quarry be an innocent man or a criminal, Cyno will ensure their safety until they are properly judged by court.

Despite this, Basil can also be prickly and self-centered, often ignoring others at first, and sometimes only offering to help them if he comes to the conclusion of them being necessary for the case. Though Basil is always calm and collected during his hunt, he can also be very emotional and operatic, becoming very moody if things do not go his way or if the situation looks dire. Despite his preoccupation with cleanliness, Levi is not very approachable. He rarely shows emotion, giving a cold impression to others. His manner of speaking tends to be very blunt, even insulting, and his comments are often coarse or inappropriate. He is not above provoking or belittling those who oppose or irritate him. Samus is a hero of few words, and a fearsome warrior. She remains quiet and brooding in spite of her great accomplishments, and has devoted her life to maintaining peace and ensuring the safety of others who have suffered. She is relentless and unforgiving towards criminals who have no remorse for the lives they’ve ruined, and can often become violent with them if they push her too far. Noted to be a "bad liar" by co-workers much to his indignation, Dameron has a headstrong nature which often leads him into trouble, and a proud countenance that, to those who did not know him, it could be mistaken for arrogance. Confident in his skills and in his mission, he sometimes displayed an impatience that arises only from a desire to fulfill the task at hand. Nonetheless, Poe takes his work seriously. Bisexual.
Police Officers (Zootopia) - The majority of the Lunaville Police Force, besides their commanding officers and higher-ups. The majority consist of various anthros with varying magic powers, some having none at all. For the most part, most of them are large prey animals or predators, such as elephants and tigers, but there are other members. They all work to ensure the safety and peace of mind for Lunaville, and while all of them mean well, there are times some can let some prejudices and misinformation affect their judgment and how they handle a case, though once this is pointed out, they’re quick to apologize and correct their mistakes. A father-figure to some of the younger members of the force, Big Band is a calm and collected man who, while he would prefer to talk things out most times, is not afraid to fight if a situation escalates. Rei Furuya (Detective Conan) - An agent for the police who’s often undercover. Has the power to push the energy of a person or creation to it’s limits. Rei may appear as a cheerful and generous person most of the time, but it’s a bit of a mask to get others to underestimate him. Rei is usually calm and patient, even when most people would get angry at a situation. Still, despite being a “cool” type, he is still quite expressive and doesn’t hide his emotions. Rei does have a darker side, as a result of the years he’s been working undercover in criminal groups, being manipulative, tricking others into performing certain actions so he can gather information. While he is initially self-conscious and bumbling, Takagi is a dedicated member of the Police Force and shows promise as a good officer as he grows more comfortable with his surroundings. He trusts the not just the judgment of the main detectives of the force, but also those of the student detectives that occasionally help out with the cases, even sometimes letting them take the lead. Takagi has a strong intuition and sense of justice, and is very honorable. He has a strong drive to protect others, partially based in his profession as an officer, and partially based on a self-sacrificing trait in his personality. Even in personal matters, he remains cool, even detached, from anyone, but his redeeming value is a great sense of loyalty to anyone he knows. While usually professional, he does have a habit of going off on his own and acts independently, much to his co-worker’s ire at times. His plans often aren’t voiced to others, and have emotional impacts on most people around him, which Shuichi is working on actually communicating with others. Bi, enjoys teasing Rei.

He’s also very loyal to Lunaville overall after the town helped to take of Yor and himself when they were younger after the death of their parents, and has been known to become cold and aggressive when the town is insulted or degraded. For this reason, he’s not a fan of people like J. Jonah Jameson, and has apparently requested to arrest the man on several occasions. Because of his near-worship of Yor, it’s rather easy for him to easily accept whatever she says, regardless of whether it’s actually plausible or not. Demisexual.

Despite his arrogant personality, Kogoro has a strong sense of justice and care for human life, citing he can never understand why a killer would take another person’s life. Because of this, his friends often joke that Hayate collects “strays”, much to his annoyance. Though he deeply cares about Himeno, the two often argue due to their personalities occasionally clashing. Bisexual, dating Himeno.

Having grown up with Ballister for most of their childhood, Ambrosius was one of the only people who believed in Ballister’s innocence. In an effort to prove his boyfriend’s innocence, Ballister and Ambrosius worked their own investigations in secret as they didn’t want anyone to interfere with what they were up to. Together, they eventually learned that the true culprit was someone in the government responsible for the frame job and tried their best to uncover the proof they needed to arrest them. Although their efforts were proven successful, their faith in the government diminished slightly because of the situation Bal was forced in. After overhearing some knights talk about Lunaville, Ambrosius did what he could to convince Bal to move and managed to buy an apartment for the two of them to live in. While his husband went to work for the local detective agency, Ambrosius ended up working with Lunaville’s local law enforcement in hopes of making sure no one ended up in prison for the wrong reasons again.

Ayden is a loyal, calm and empathic companion, who guards his partner diligently and always warns him of danger. Gets along well with the other animals at the police station, and can often be found perched on desks when Garrett comes to the station to report.
