Tamamo smiled when she heard Luz say that opening a magic store like this was her dream. Maybe, when Luz is older, she'll help the girl figure out how to open her own place when she's older. In the mean time, being here would give her some good experience.
The woman laughed at the questions about the paperwork. "Sorry, honey, just some ordinary paper you gotta sign." She said, walking over to the counter, aiming for the cabinets behind them. Opening one of them, Tamamo rummaged around in through it for a moment or two, before she pulled out some sheets of paper.
"Alright, here you go. You just gotta sign these, and then we'll be good to go." Tamamo said, placing the sheets on the counter and offering the pen from her clipboard for Luz to use.

Luz excitedly gleefully takes the pen and quickly signs her name on the paper. It felt like a dream come true getting this job and give the pen back and hands the clipboard over to Tamamo and smiles proudly of herself. y "Alright, I signed. This is so exciting!" Luz feeling so bubbly on the inside and squeezes her backpack straps tightly just to help conceal the squeals of joy. Luz honestly felt like she has just finished the first level of her game of life. She takes out her phone.
"Hey mind if I get a picture of us and send it to my Mom... I think she'd be really excited to know I got a part-time job here." Luz smiles but wanted to ask if she can get a picture with her new boss instead of just taking the photo of them without permission. Luz was a lot of things, but rude was not one of them.

"Well then, if you ever need help opening that little store of yours in the future, just let me know and I'll help you out." Tamamo said, winking playfully. Course, if all things went well for Luz as the girl was clearly hoping, Tamamo knew she would need to go check that store out. She had a feeling Luz would go far, considering the girl's obvious love for magic.
The fox-earred woman laughed at Luz's excited imagination of the paperwork. "Sorry, sweetie, but it's sadly just ordinary paperwork." She explained as she walked over to the counter, crouching down to get at some of the drawers inside, rummaging around to find the papers needed. It's been a while since she had to pull them out, so it could take her a minute or two to find them.

"Ah, that's fair." Luz understanding seeing it's just regular paperwork that she has to do, which is fair. Luz should know that not everything is gonna be magic, but it's still exciting to get a job here and knowing now that Tamamo is willing to help her when she wants to make her own store in the future. She just stares at the store in just excitement.
"So what are my coworkers like?" Luz was curious she wanted to know more about their coworkers so that way she is prepared to properly work with them. She deeply hopes that they're a magical creature of some sort it would be awesome to work with someone like that or has magical powers themself. But she would also be fine with someone who isn't magical and is like her as well. She just mainly hopes her future coworkers and she can get along and maybe become friends.

"Oh, your co-workers? Right now, you have one, though I do have a application and interview to hold sometime soon. But anyways, your senior co-worker is Valerie Oberlin, or Val, as she prefers to be called." Tamamo explained, pulling out papers to examine them, then putting them back when she saw they weren't what she was looking for.
"She's a rather laid-back girl, and tends to keep her cool. Val's also pretty good at earning the shop a lot of money." Tamamo said.
Letting out a small "Aha!" at finally finding the proper papers, Tamamo pulled them out of the drawer and standing up. Grabbing a pen from a cup full on the counter, she offered both to the teenage girl.

Luz smiles and takes the pen and starts signing the papers in excitement. She just felt like she won the lottery and she couldnt believe she was taking the first steps to learning how to open her own magic shop one day. Then she finishes signing the paper and smiles in joy. "AAAANNND! Done! I'm so excited to start working here Tamamo." Luz said in a smile as she put the pen down and she was trying so hard to not just squeal at the highest pitch a human could make along with jumping up and down in joy. She just felt like her heart was so full right now, that her joy needs to come out.

Tamamo smiled at Luz's clear and, amusingly enough, loud excitement. It was always nice to see the students coming out to town and being all excited. Val didn't act like that often, being the laidback person she is, but Tamamo enjoyed seeing when she was excited for something, like her sister coming home.
Taking the papers and carefully placing them aside so she can store them properly later, the fox-eared woman smiled at her newest worker.
"Glad to hear it, sweetie! I'll give you a call once I've figured out a good time for you to start, and we'll take it slow. Once you're used to things, I'm sure you'll be just fine." Tamamo said, her tail wagging a bit in response to the girl's excitement.

Luz nods and in understanding seeing they need to figure out when to start her but waiting was worth it seeing it's a great opportunity for her and she hugs Tamamo in joy. "Alright! I'll see you when I can start working. You got my number. I should head to my dorm but I'll come down as soon as you say I can start." Luz lets go and looks excited. And then she moves to leave and waves at her goodbye.
"Thank you again Tamamo! I'll see you as soon as possible."
