"AWW! That is too cute!" Luz awing over how cute the warning stickers were and rights and draws the symbol in her notebook as a reminder to herself. She was a bit upset that she couldn't handle everything in the story, but she respected the choice of her new boss. and she nods understandably.
"You got it boss!" she smiles excitedly and determined not to mess up her new job. An she was glad to see her boss was honestly a really nice and fun person which was good because the last thing she wanted was to have a boss that was the complete opposite of that.

Tamamo smiled, happy to see Luz was listening to her words as carefully as possible, in her excitement. It made her feel good to see someone so interested in what they were going to be doing, and it left her feeling confident Luz would be able to do her job well.
"Good. That part was rather simple. Now it's stocking items." Tamamo said, walking over to the cashier desk and picking up the clipboard she had been using earlier. "This part isn't that much harder, either, but it's an important one. I have a list of all the items I usually sell in the store, the amount I usually keep in the store itself and in storage, and their placement on the shelves and in the storage in the back, on this clipboard. I usually replace the papers at the beginning of every week." The fox-earred woman explained, walking over to Luz and showing her the contents of the pages on the clipboard.
"Every day, I mark what needs restocking in the store, and how much of the item we have in the storage. And at the end of the week, I check the storage to see what we need to refill on, and order it as soon as possible. The actual restocking of the shelves is pretty simple, all you have to do is grab a box or crate marked with the name of the item you're looking for, and bringing out here into the store to restock the shelves. Much like the items in the store, anything you should leave for me to handle has a large sticker of the fox on it." Tamamo explained, doing her best to keep things nice and simple for the girl to understand.

"Gotcha!" She writes it down and in her journal seeing how she'll have to stock and bye careful still seeing stocking doesn't change the fact she can't handle everything in the store though she did have a few questions on what she should do if any of those things happen. I should ask her what happens if a customer breaks a dangerous item is she not here. Or if someone tries to steal and item from the store. Should I tackle them down or throw a sticky potion at them. Also would I get a discount on the things in the store... Sure that last one was a bit selfish but it did linger in her mind for a moment. Besides she didn't really care if she did get a discount or not she just wanted to be around all this magical and incredible things in this store. And she hopes when she graduates from the school here that she can take what she learns from here and opens her own magic shop in her home town.
Luz smiles in a day dreaming thought of her future running her own shop like this. Though she snaps back seeing she should ask her questions now. "I do have a couple of questions though... What should I do if I catch someone trying to steal a item in the store, or what if one of the potions you told me not to handle get broken and your not around." She asked genuinely curious and wanting to know what to properly do when a situation like that arrives. She smiles a bit however her eyes held a mix of serious and curiosity to them.

Tamamo smiled and clapped her hands, pleased by Luz's questions. They were both very good questions, and ones that she would have gotten to eventually in her explanation, but at this point in the process, it was good place to talk about them.
"Wonderful questions to ask! For stealing or shoplifting, the items themselves are charmed to not be able to be brought out of the store without them being paid for and having the spell removed, but some thieves have managed to work around them before. For me, I usually use my magic to stop them, but for non-magical workers, I do have several potions and charms at the desk for use with those kind of situations." Tamamo explained. Said potions and charms were of the immensely sticky variety, but it usually got her a good laugh.
"For broken items, the sticker itself has been charmed to tell me if something's happened, such as a broken bottle, so you won't have to worry about calling me. As for what to do until I get there, the best thing is seal off the area the item's in, and put signs around it, so customers know not to go there until it's been all cleaned up." Tamamo said.

"Ooh What kind of charm like does it poof out of the thieves hands and reappear on its shelf or does it harm the thief?" Luz curious as she kinda made a doodle in her notebook of a potion bottle vanishing from thin air. and it made her feel good to hear she asked really good questions for Tamamo. And she smiles and she won't lie she was a good artist maybe she could make poster for sales here at the school to promote the store with. of course she would have to show her art to her boss first before she did anything like that.
She was just overly excited to work her and help in any way. "An I do have an idea or too to help with the store already I mean its just a silly suggestion but I would love to pitch them too you whenever you like to hear it."

"The item does, in fact, 'poof' and go back to it's proper place, but not before giving a tiny little zap to thief. Nothing too strong, and it won't hurt them, but it will startle them enough for them to make some noise." Tamamo explained, smiling as she watching Luz draw a little doodle. Seems the girl had some artistic skills, and would likely be taking classes for them at the school.
Blinking at Luz in slight confusion, the fox-eared woman smiled, leaning down a bit to be more eye-level with the girl. "I would love to hear whatever ideas you have, sweetie." And Tamamo wasn't lying, a young woman with the excitement and eagerness Luz had was bound to have a few good ideas.

Luz was amazed and excited to see she was right about the items poofing out of thieves hands and returning to where it belongs in the store. and she was a bit shocked hearing that the woman would be willing to listen to her ideas on helping the store. and she smiles brightly.
"Great!" Luz jumps in just almost knocking another shelf over this time she caught it this time before anything fell. "Whoops sorry..." Luz rubbing the back of her neck in embarrassment blushing a bit at her over excitement she just really needs to chill more.
"A... Anyway, my idea is, whenever you plan to have a sale here, I can make posters to promote them and place them at school so that way students and faculty can come down during they're free time to help drive business up ya know." She suggests to her now boss and she felt a bit anxious with presenting the idea, she felt confident in her art but she wasn't sure if the boss would even like the idea.

Tamamo stifled a giggle at Luz's excitement almost knocking down yet another shelf, though the girl was quick to steady it before any more products were put in danger. As a fox, she couldn't help but enjoy mischief, even if it were at the expense of some of her stock. Thankfully, though, nothing was broken so it was all good.
Still, hopefully Luz would be able to avoid knocking anything over after a while of working.
The pink-haired woman blinked at the suggestion, briefly thinking it over before smiling brightly. "That's a wonderful idea, Luz! I have another part-timer that goes to the academy, so she could help you set up the posters!" And Tamamo was being completely honest about it being a good idea. A fair amount of students unfortunately aren't able to find out about some of her sales until they're just about done, which is a shame. So, this idea would be very helpful to said students.

Luz was relieved to see her idea was a good idea to tamamo and she was excited to start working on the poster designs. then she hears that another student goes to the campus as well. "Great! I can't wait to meet them. "Luz smiles and checks the time because she promised her mom she would face time her mom once she got to her dorm room.
"So when do I start my first day on the job?" Luz curious so she can keep a schedule properly for her new job, her school work and to talk to her mom, sense she need to show her mom that she's more responsible for then she was when she left town. and she was excited meet her coworker hoping to become good friends with her coworker.

Tamamo smiled at Luz. "And I'm sure she'll be interested to meet you, too." Val wasn't too bad with younger teens or kids, so the fox-earred woman was sure the two would get along fairly well. Well, as long as Val didn't prank the poor girl too much. She'll just have to wait and see.
"Well, how about you figure out what your school schedule is going to be like, first? You can figure out your classes, then come back and talk over the times you're able to come in for work with me, and we'll go from there." Tamamo suggested. It was better to let her part-timers figure out their own schedules first then come to her to so they could figure out days for them to work to make easier on everyone. She wouldn't want to overwork or stress out her little workers.

"Oh I already have a pretty strong idea of what classes I'm gonna take." Luz pulls out of her bag a schedule she made with classes she picked out a head of time along with they're times. When she decided to go to this school she was overly excited to start looking for classes and they're were so many to pick from. If it wasn't for the school and the lack of powers I would take all the classes the school has to offer. She though to herself as she laid the schedule out in on the counter. The paper had in bold said Luz Class Schedule: where is showed what times she'll eat and and all of her class times as well. She smiled proudly as she showed her homemade schedule.

Taking the schedule, Tamamo hummed thoughtfully as she looked it over to see a spot where she could ask Luz to come in without worrying about the girl's classes being affected. Though, in all honesty, it seems the weekend would be for the best.
"If it's alright with you, Luz, would you be good coming in on the weekends? That way, you don't have to worry about your classes, and you can bring your homework to do during your shift, too." Tamamo suggested, looking to the girl for her opinion. Val herself mostly worked the weekends besides her night and minor afternoon shifts, so the anthro would be able to show Luz the ropes.

Luz smiles in joy seeing she can work on her school stuff and work at this amazing store at the same time and she hugs her new boss in excitement without realizing it. She just decided to throw out professionalism. She was just too excited about this new job. YES YES YES! This is almost too perfect! I get to go to my classes, get my school work done AAAND work here! This is already better then my old home town! No te ofendas a mama. (No offense mama).
Then she lets go of her new boss. "Yes! That would more then perfect!" she said with a hug smile on her face.

Tamamo was surprised when her newest little worker hugged, but laughed. Guess the girl was just super excited to work, which she didn't mind.
"Alright then, sweetie, you're officially hired. I just need to make do some paperwork, and then you'll probably be able to come in this upcoming weekend." The fox-eared woman explained. "But I want you to know that if you ever need a break from working for school or anything else, just let me know, alright?"
Tamamo took the health and care of her workers seriously, they were just children. No need to push them beyond what they could handle, after all.

Luz nodded in understandment seeing she would need a break or time to herself every now and then. "Of course. I just am beyond happy right now... i know that sounds silly but I've always dreamed of owning a place like this... An working here would be just great for me." Luz kinda hopes maybe Tamamo will show her when she graduates of course how to open her own store back in her home town. Because she feels like that is her destiny one day. To spread the joy and amazement of magic and sharing the knowledge of things she'll learn from here and at her school.
"So what paperwork will it be, Will it glow? Can it turn into an animal I get to keep?!" Luz over thinking the paper work a bit seeing it might just be simple forms she needs to fill out before working.
