"Thanks." Law took his drink, taking a brief moment to enjoy the bitter scenet before taking a sip. He could always count on Shizuo to make good coffee and alcohol. Out of the corner of his eye, the doctor saw the shopkeep and teacher talking to each other, seems they were getting along well.
Tamamo's ears pricked up at the sound of something falling, causing her to frown slightly. It was instinct, really, but the sound of something falling reminded her of her shop, and things falling from their shelves in there usually never ended well, considering they're all magic. She perked up at seeing Sally pull out tarot cards.
"Oh, you're doing a reading?" Tamamo questioned. She hadn't really seen someone do a reading before, in person. Though she did sell some sets in her shop.

"Oh yes, I sometimes do it to read the energy of a place. I would get a nagging feeling in the back of my neck telling me to do a reading." Sally explains to Tamamo's question as she starts to lay out the cards. Though her mind was wondering what fell to cause Shizuo to return to the back. but she assumes its nothing, for now, she lays the tarot cards on their backs and divides them up into five piles, which made it look like a house in a way. Sally closes her eyes and takes in meditation like a breath, Sally first grabs a major arcana card first. She carefully shuffles them so she doesn't see any of them and she pulls out the chariot card. Sally smiles seeing that's the start of seeing some good energy in the place.
"Alright next to the cups deck," Sally states as she lays the Chariot card down and begins to shuffle the cups deck. Sally grabs a card and smiles seeing it was the ten of cups meaning this place must have healed someone ironically since it's a bar and normally bars do the opposite. "Huh... That's unexpected... but really good."
Shizuo enters his office he notices a stack of the papers that were lying on his desk. Were now all over the floor, he notices the window was slightly open, he couldn't remember if he left the window open or not but he shrugs. Then he moves to grab them when he notices something very wrong, a harm little birdy. Shizuo may act tough and sure he has some anger issues, but he cares about his friends and animals.

The shopkeep watched in interest as the ragdoll-looking teacher laid out the deck, tilting her head in curiosity at the cards Sally drew. From what she could recall of her knowledge of tarot, those were usually good cards...if she remembered right.
"Those cards mean good things, right?" Tamamo asked, it never hurt to ask the expert.
Law watched the two out of the corner of his eye, sipping his Irish Coffee as he watched the tarot reading. Judging from Sally's reaction and what she just said, seems the reading told her good things that were pleasantly unexpected.

Sally nods and smiles seeing someone familiar with tarot cards. "Yes, this does indeed mean that there are good signs of this place," Sally says and she takes another sip of her drink. Sally was starting to relax more around the doctor but that could also be thanks to the sugary alcohol drink. Sally then picks up the wand deck next to see what the cards have in store to show for the place, she shuffles them around a bit, Sally then pulls out the Knight card. Sally smiles seeing that this place brings in people with a sense of adventure, but there needs to be a sense of reality at hand as well which is why they probably a couple of drunks every now and then.
"The Knight makes sense... Onto the Disk deck..." Sally mutters loud enough for Tamamo to hear her seeing she is kinda invested in what she's doing. She does the same thing to the disk deck as she did with every other deck, she ends up pulling out the two disks card. She can tell that these places means it's paying someone's due and helping with their responsibilities. She figures that must be pointing to Shizuo, although she doesn't know the past of this man but she can tell he is paying his dues through this place and he definitely knows how to take responsibility for any actions. "Huh... Interesting..." Sally mutters at the disk card and places it down.
Shizuo picks up the bird seeing it was a bluebird, but it starts to act better and Shizuo felt a sense of relief. He hates that this innocent animal got hurt. However, the short amount of peace quickly leaves as the bird flies around it a panic making loud twitting sounds that people would hear in the early morning. "Gah! Shut up bird I'm trying to help!" Shizuo trying not to accidentally hurt or kill the bird. he just hopes that no one is hearing him yelling at a bird.

Tamamo watched closely in interest, her tail twitching back and forth as she followed the cards with her eyes, mentally recalling the ones with what she could remember from her own small knowledge of tarot-reading. How interesting, the fox-earred woman was especially pleased to have made to today's happy hour.
Law finished up his Irish Coffee, placing the now empty cup on the bartop with a satisfied sigh. The drinks had managed to perk up his energy a bit, so he was a bit less worried about making it back to his apartment now. When Shizuo came back out, he'd probably pay for his drinks and head out. The sooner he went home and slept, the better. However, the doctor stopped and blink at hearing not only the bartender shouting, but also the sound of a bird tweeting...? Well, guess that explains what caused the sound before.
At the sound of the bird's chirps, Tamamo looked towards the back from watching Sally doing her reading, her ears perked up in interest. "You okay back there, Shizuo?" She called out.

Shizuo finally managing to get the bird out of of his office only now it looked twice as bad as it did before the bird freaked out on him. I'll clean it up after closing its not like were busy tonight anyway. Shizuo thought to himself as he fixes his hair as it was slightly messed up and there was a feather in it and straights his clothes back up. Heads back to the bar and sees Law was done with his drink. "Sorry about that. That all for you Law?" Shizuo looking to the doctor.
"What was with all that bird sounds?" Sally asking curiously to the blond bartender he rubs the back of his neck a bit embarrassedly. Not noticing the cars laid out as she is about to pull out the final one, the swords. As she looks to the bartender she unknowingly pulls out the 10 of swords... It meant that this place or Shizuo himself was self sabotaging but with the right support system or proper care and love things will work out in the end.
"A bird..." Shizuo mutters a bit he honestly hated lying but he didn't want to admit he was be chasing a stupid bird in his own bar.

"Yeah, I should be heading home and getting some sleep." Law said, pulling out his wallet from his jean pocket to pay for the drinks. He'd leave a good-sized tip for the bartender, his Irish Coffees were always delicious and just what the doctor needed after a long day.
Tamamo sweatdropped at the sight of Shizuo's messy appearance, just what happened back there? Well, make that a rhetorical question, considering she could tell what happened from the sounds. Hopefully, Shizuo's office wasn't too messy.
"You alright? And just how did the bird get into your office? Was the window open?" The shopkeep questioned, her ears twitching. With how there always some troublemakers in town, one always had to be wary if they noticed something amiss.

He shrugs, "Yeah I think I did." Shizuo moves to give Law his bill for his Irish coffees it would be about 9 dollars due to the happy hour making the drinks cheaper. He notices Tamamo and Sally's drinks were about done. "So anything else for you two?" asked curiously two the two other customers.
Sally thinks she can handle one more drink and then head back to the campus. "Yes, I think I'll have a Paloma." Sally taking a look through the drink menu the hung over the bar, Shizuo nods as he grabs tequila, lime juice, and Grapefruit soda for the Paloma he starts mixing in the proper amounts together and pours it in the proper glass which has a light sprinkle of sugar on the mouth of the glass and a slice of grapefruit as well. It was so cute and pink. Sally kinda smiles in joy how sweet tasting this will be. "Thank you Shizuo," Sally says and she takes a sip it was such a nice drink like her last one.

Putting down a 10 dollar bill, and a 5 dollar one as a tip, Law nodded at the bartender. "You can keep the change." Turning to the two women, he gave a polite nod. "It was good to see you again, Tama. You too, Shizuo. And a pleasure to meet you, Miss Night. If you ever need something at the hospital, just ask for me." Better for the woman to interact with a doctor she knew somewhat, rather then one she didn't, considering her wariness.
Tama smiled and nodded back at Law as the doctor began to head out. "Good to see you too, Law. Best of luck with work." The fox-earred woman then turned to Shizuo to reply to his question, "I'll just take a water for now, Shizuo. Thanks."

It was that time of day again for Syndrome, the time of day where Syndrome needed to let loose somewhat. Normally, he like to keep his mind alert so that he'd work on invention for the week. That changed thanks to that Radio Demon arrived, messing with his signals on his tech.
"Stupid. Dumbass! Hellspawn," the teacher grumbled to himself as he enters the establishment, not caring if anyone heard. "I swear if I hear another Buck Rogers radio broadcast through my lamps I'm going to bury this guy!"
Storming over to the bar, Syndrome pulls out his wallet and slams a fifty on the counter ordering, "Mimosa, give it!"

Shizuo nods and pours Tama a glass of ice water and placing it in front of her and he places her now empty drink into a dish collector. Though Shizuo quickly turns his attention to the redhead teacher entering his bar, just by he demanded his order Shizuo was already starting to get irritated by the guy. Shizuo tries to stay calm as he gets the man his Mimosa, pouring the champagne and OJ together giving it to the man.
"HERE..." Shizuo tells the customer and he is close to breaking the glass of Mimosa when he places it on the bar. And he was visibly grinding his teeth violently due to him being frustrated with a guy he just met. Don't hit him. DONT HIT HIM! DO NOT HIT HIM! You can't afford breaking another customers nose or ribs!
Sally looks over to Syndrome and recognizes him and can tell that his in a bad mood. "Hey Syndrome?... You ok?" Sally talking to her fellow faculty member. And she can sense Shizuo is frustrated because she can kinda hear the teeth grinding.

Tamamo tiled her head in curiosity, looking at the red-headed man who stormed over to the bar, sipping her water. Judging by Sally's reaction, she recognized this man as most likely another teacher. Seems the guy had a bad day, and ended up with a bad mood.
Her ears twitched at the sound of Shizuo's teeth grinding, causing Tamamo to subtly lean over and pat the bartender's hand to help him calm down. She was aware of his temper, and knew he wouldn't be able to afford another rage-attack on a customer.
Law frowned a bit as he headed out the door to go back to his apartment, sounds like Shizuo got a customer with a bad mood today. Well, the doctor shrugged as he went on his way, Tamamo and most likely Sally would help keep Shizuo's temper under control for the most part. He was still too tired for this.

Syndrome, not noticing or caring about the bartender's growing anger toward him downed his glass.
"Ah..." he sighs with a small amount of satisfaction as he finally takes notice of Sally. "Oh hey, Sal. To answer your question: Alastor. The bastard knows how to control his damn powers but he screws with them anyways."
Reminding himself of his growing frustration, Syndrome takes out another fifty from his wallet and smacking it on the counter, "Keep 'em coming blondie!"
"Let me tell you, Sal, I can easily mess around and take random people's cellphones apart with my powers, no problem. But I don't, it's not necessary. I don't have anything to gain from it!" he complains to his fellow teacher. "Especially when I'd be the one having to fix the problem afterward."
"You wanna drink?" He asks the ragdoll woman, taking out his wallet once more.

"I'm good Syndrome thank you though," Sally shows her half-drunk glass of Paloma. Though she was concerned for Shizuo but sees Tamamo trying to keep Shizuo calm so she figured she tried and calm down Syndrome. "Though I'm sorry about Alastor. Maybe if you talk to him calmly and explain how you feel, maybe he'll leave you alone?" Sally asked curiously hoping he'll consider her solution.
In the few short years his been owning and working the bar, Shizuo would sorta get irritated with this specific customer. Though he honestly didn't really know much about Syndrome only that his favorite drink is Mimosas and that he started working at the school at the same time Shizuo was expelled from it. There were just things that made Shizuo really hate him, his attitude is always annoying to Shizuo, especially now! As he grabbed another to make another Mimosa for the red-haired teacher Shizuo sorta lost his temper and lucky for him he didn't hurt his costumers this time, unfortunately he lost a glass. He was squeezing it so tightly that it shattered in pieces in his hand and it was bleeding.
"Damn it..." Shizuo mutters underneath his breath seeing he'll need to grab his first aid kit from his office.

Watching worriedly as Shizuo as went to make another Mimosa, Tamamo frowned a bit. While she hadn't encountered Syndrome before, likely due to conflicting schedules seeing was he was a teacher at the academy, Shizuo appeared to have some prior experience with him and it didn't seem good. Though, thankfully, Sally seemed to have taken it upon herself to calm him down.
The sound of breaking glass reached her ears, and the sharp rusty scent of blood soon reached her nose as well. Tamamo quickly looked at the bartender, her eyes immediately honing in on the bartender's hand as blood slowly slid down from the cuts made from the glass. For a brief moment, memories she would rather not remember flashed in her mind, but she quickly shook her head to send them away.
"Shizuo, are you okay?" The shopkeep asked, concerned.
